The house is set in extensive beautifully landscaped, well maintained gardens The villa has 3 double en-suite bedrooms & 2 large terraces on the top floor w/ superb panoramic views of the sea & mountains. All bedrooms have sea view balconies. Fully air conditioned & heated throughout & furnished to a very high standard. The living room contains 2 leather sofas, 1 of which open up into a comfortable double bed. There is a plasma satellite TV & the glass doors open onto the marble clad terrace - perfect for al fresco dining! The terrace overlooks the inviting L-shaped pool & is surrounded by green lush gardens with lemon and orange trees & colourful bougainvillea. Calis beach promenade, bars, restaurants & amenities 5mn away. 3 adults and one child's swimming pool. One pool is by our villa. The villa is set in an ideal location - peaceful and idyllic, you can lie back and enjoy the sun and views, and yet only 10 minutes walk finds you among the bars and restaurants of Calis Beach! 2 minutes walk from the villa will lead you to sea where you can take a walk along the beach and select the various water sports on offer such as paragliding, peddle boating or kite surfing or just enjoy the views of the Taurus mountains and the ocean. Along the seafront you will find cafes and restaurants where you can have lunch or a drink ...

Perfect family villa

We enjoyed our stay, January 2024. Theu room were spacious and oerfect for what we needed as we travelled to attend a family wedding. The villa its self was slightly dated in areas, but we enjoyed the traditional feel. Villa was well equipped and the staff greeting was wonderful. We would use again.

Fantastic Villa

A great property worked so well for us as a family - 18 and 16 year sons were able to do there own thing - beach, bars, pool tables in the evening but a great space to relax during day, choice of pools etc. dolmas at the gate, we were looked after by a responsive host. Highlights boat trip and trip ( we did the dolmas to Fethiye and then to the mountain near oLou Denis - cable cars a must! Thanks for a great stay

Terrific Time in Turkey

We all had a great time at this villa. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Villa is very well equipped for dining in. Swimming pools are lovely and clean and the gardens are spectacular. A special thank you to Nadine who helped us with a few issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of five who love to travel. We are retired teachers living in the Uk but love to spend as much time as poss in our homes in turkey. Over the years we have travelled extensively across Turkey and hope to continue to do this for many years to come!

Why they chose this property

It is ideally situated with the magic combination of sea and mountains all rounds us! We can enjoy the views of the sea and mountains from all rooms in the house. The grounds surrounding our house have lovely fruit and flowers all year round. Also 3 swimming pools. It is the perfect location with restaurants and bars and shops only 5 minutes walk away all along the lovely promenade. The beautiful town of Fethiye is a 10 min dolmus ride away or can be walked from our calis promenade as this now extends all the way in to Fethiye. Ideal cycling location too.
Additionally it is only 30/40 minutes from the nearest airport - Dalaman- and all economy airlines fly here. It also makes for a great base to explore the rest of Turkey which we have enjoyed doing over the years.
