About this property

This is a typical Madeiran house in a residential street. It has good security behind a wall with automatic gate and has been completely renovated inside and out. With two bathrooms and amazing views from the roof terrace. It is a conveniently situated, tastefully appointed and a comfortable holiday rental. This is not a quiet country retreat as the house is close to the city centre so there is the usual city sounds from traffic & the local neighbourhood.
Please note the rates are fully inclusive for 2 people. The house sleeps 4 and there is an added one off cost of GBP100 if 3 or 4 of you are travelling to cover the additional laundry, cleaning and utility charges. Check out is10am.

Fabulous property

A superb property, well equipped and much more spacious than it appears in the photographs. The roof terrace is fabulous and parking for a small car is a great advantage. It is in the Old Town so very atmospheric and easy to walk into Funchal.

Stunning views & fantastic location

Spacious, light-filled, airy & comfortable house with all living, dining & sleeping areas all on one level. Safe & secure house & neighbourhood. Wonderful sea views from the large roof terrace, up a flight of stairs. Well equipped kitchen with separate laundry room. Perfectly located near to the lively Old Town, a short walk downhill. Just watch the step into the laundry room & the one on the roof terrace. Good communication with the owner, Karen. Ideal holiday accommodation.

Great stay

Spacious house near Funchal old town with all utilities and mod cons for a perfect stay. My friend and I really enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend the place.

Lovely house brilliant town

Lovely clean well equipped house in a brilliant location. Fantastic view of the brilliant town of Funchal from the terrace. The owner and agent were both extremely helpful. There is plenty to do in the town and the terrace has the sun all day.
