Very enjoyable stay with friends

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was well equipped and nicely situated. Everything worked out well for us as two families. Communications with the agent and villa manager were regular and responsive. No regrets about booking this. The main improvement is to refurbish the sea decking area. The chairs were dirty and the umbrellas broken. The stairs and rails were rusty which could lead to a rust infection with an open wound. We also noticed that a few strangers were using the steps or private platform. This looked very different to the photos in the advert. Small points for improvement: - a set of notes for the villa would be helpful - another umbrella for the pool area

Excellent villa, beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Vista. The villa was clean and well laid out. The pool was great and the sea platform wonderful. The communication with the owner and management team via WhatsApp is very handy. Kas is a great location and getting from the Peninsula to the town is easy and cheap. We would definitely recommend this villa and location.

Everything and more.

We have just returned from a week in Villa Bella Vista. We are two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers aged 16,16, 14 and 13. The villa is just as described, modern, clean and beautifully presented. We were met by our host on arrival at the main road entrance. We communicated daily with our host and nothing was too much trouble. Our very pleasant gardener/caretaker arrived every day with bread and water bottle refills. He tended to the beautiful pool and gardens daily. The villa has an electric water heater and cooler, this is so handy rather than buying bottled water. We had spent the week before on yachts in a flotilla so the completely air conditioned villa was very welcome. The dolbus travels round Kas Peninsula every 30 mins leaving Kas town on the hour and half hour. Taxis are plentiful and on several occasions we walked into Kas town. The Kas people are so friendly, lovely restaurants and shops, Carrefour and a Migros and many mini markets. The local market every Friday is a must, particularly for the food produce. We booked the ferry to Greece and had a wonderful day trip to Meis town and the blue caves. This trip needs to be booked before 6pm the night before and passports are required. I would recommend Kas and particularly Villa Bella Vista to anyone. Our host and caretaker looked after our luggage after check out as we had a late flight back to the UK. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic Villa with Stunning Views

We have just returned from a week at Villa Bella Vista. The villa itself is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of storage provided for clothes. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to cater for our family of eight including a BBQ on the terrace with plenty of gas. There is also a water cooler and extra bottles are supplied if required. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool is spotless and was cleaned daily and the surrounding gardens were beautiful with lemon/lime trees, herbs, and beautiful flowers. The view is spectacular and we were blessed with some incredible sunsets. It is hard to fault the villa however, there were a couple of things that would have improved our stay. My husband is a very light sleeper and the curtains were made of extremely sheer material (they may as well have not been there), it just means that the sun will be pouring in from sunrise. Take an eye mask if you're a light sleeper. The outdoor terrace would benefit from some more comfortable seating. There are sunbeds available and a patio table, but it would be nice to have some comfy rattan sofas or chairs. We spent all of our time outdoors and would have enjoyed a more relaxed seating area. Finally, we overlooked that the fourth bedroom is externally accessed entirely separately from the rest of the house. It is in the listing but for some reason we didn't see this and so had to revise the sleeping arrangements when we arrived. This of course can be a benefit if taking teenagers or other adults, but if you have lots of young children then it is not suitable. What made the stay at Villa Bella Vista though was the fantastic service we received from Fidayit Ergul and his management company. Fidayit sorted out our airport transfers, car hire and nothing was too much trouble. His communication running up to our stay and during was superb. We had a couple of minor issues during the week (a bulb blew in the bathroom and a pool light casing came loose) and Fidayit had someone sent to the villa within 30 minutes and fixed within the hour. Thanks Fidayit! We hadn't visited Kas before and we all had a fantastic time there. The restaurants in the village were outstanding. We chartered a boat in the harbour, which took us on an island tour. Very reasonable and absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back!

I love Kas because it is a charming, small, friendly, peaceful coastal town where you can enjoy swimming, diving and snorkelling and even experience rafting in the surrounding areas’ cool waters. Kaş has beautiful bays and beaches like famous Büyük Çakıl, Küçük Çakıl, Akçagerme as well as the public free hotel beaches. Kaputaş Beach, which is the most beautiful blue beach, is only 20 minutes from Kaş. If you would like to have sun, sea, sand and history all at once you should choose Patara beach. Now it is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the southern coast of Turkey, often referred to as the Turkish Riviera.
