Beautiful Apartment In Sleepy Spanish Village Costa Blanca. Private Pools

Spacious Apartment with balconey. Fully air conditioned in beautiful Spainish village. High speed wifi also. Close to Guardmar beach. Also close to waterpark and there are various golf courses in this area that have hosted professional PGA tournaments. They are Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Our apartment is a mirror image of our beautiful home in Ireland. Leather suites, beautiful finish, spotless clean as my wife is a fanatec about cleaning. We have full UK satellite TV, DVD player. We have wifi with great speed. We always eat out in the balconey as the weather is always great. The place is a home away from home.

This apartment was perfect, although a car is needed this make the property perfect for exploring

Formentera property

The apartment has everything you need and is very comforable. It is close to some very nice Spanish restaurants and about 2 min walk to a good supermarket. The village is quite, very Spanish and is about 15 from the nearest beach. I would certainly recommend this for a quite, relaxing destination.

Property beautiful finished and very modern

The apartment was spotless and very modern looking. Bright and spacious. Set right at the edge of a beautiful old Spanish village with lots of places to eat and drink for very reasonable prices. The pools are great in the complex and the complete roof is a great hideaway for sunbathing . Beach only 10 minutes away in guardamar .

Great property, excellent value in a good location

We booked with only a day's notice and Kevin was quick to call us back and make all the arrangements. This took the pressure off to allow us to make our flight bookings. Karl met us at the property when we arrived in the middle of the night and showed us in. The property is modern and clean and the block was very quiet when we were there. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. We used the pool which was simple and fine for us. We are climbers and used the apartment as a base to travel to the various mountains and crags around Costa Blanca and it worked well for us. We were really pleased to get such good value at the very last minute and would certainly stay again.

I live in Northern Ireland with my wife and little daughter who is 7 years old. We bought this apartment in 2007. We were looking for a place in Spain that was not touresty . This village ticks all the boxes. We have many spanish friends in the village now. Everyone knows us as my daughter is a beautiful blonde hair child with white skin. The spainish people love her. The town has some great fiestas and great places to eat. Its close to beautiful beaches, water parks, Safari park, golf courses. Every thing you want, plus sun and heat all year round. We want to share our place with people that will respect it. Its not a party town. Our friends and key holder live in the lovely gated complex.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it is in a beautiful sleeply Spainish village that has lots of character. The apartments are spotless as they have a great community that keeps the place well maintained. There is so much for a family to do in the area. Besides the many Fiesta's. There are great beaches, parks, water parks, glof courses. Out door activity place called the Grand house. Here you can hire quad bikes for all ages, pony and horse traking, shooting, water skiing, or just lie around the pool sun bathing. You have the choice of 2 airports within 35 minute drive. Alicante and Murcia.
