The apartments can be booked together to provide accommodation for up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms. Each apartment has its own on-site parking space, an essential requirement in St Ives that will allow guests to venture further afield to explore everything West Cornwall has to offer including Land's End, the Minack Theatre, the various National Trust gardens and St Michael's Mount. The Eden Project is only 45 minutes away.

SeaCrest 1 provides stylish, high quality contemporary living for its guests. The lounge looks out over Porthmeor beach and includes high specification smart TV with BT vision and DVD. Free wifi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. The utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two double bedrooms, The Captain's Cabin and The Brig. The First Mate's Cabin, with shower ensuite, is a twin that can be converted into a third double by prior arrangement. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. There is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is gas central heating throughout and a modern gas fire in the lounge especially for those lazy winter afternoons or evenings. The apartment has a conservatory, ideal for quiet relaxation, and a furnished patio area perfect for summer evenings. The patio also has an outdoor shower. Linen and towels are provided.

World famous Blue Flag Porthmeor beach is less than two minutes walk away. Other beaches in St Ives can also be reached in less than 10 minutes walk.

As parking is available on-site, SeaCreast is the perfect destination for those visiting St Ives by Car. The train station is a ten minute walk.

Newquay Airport is approximately 40 miles from St Ives.

It has several wonderful blue flag beaches ideal for families and surfers alike. All are only minutes walk from the working harbour which also has a beach surrounded by shops, restaurants and tight cobbled streets.

The town has a rich artistic history and is home to many galleries along with the world renowned Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum. The St Ives School of Art offers courses throughout the year.

The South West coastal path crosses through the town and the walk west to Zennor provides spectacular views.

St Ives is also a fantastic base for visiting a host of local attractions such as Land’s End, The Minnack Theatre, the St Just Tin Mines – a World Heritage site and the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth.
