The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. The utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are two double bedrooms, The Captain's Cabin and The Brig. The First Mate's Cabin, with shower ensuite, is a twin that can be converted into a third double by prior arrangement. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
There is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
There is gas central heating throughout and a modern gas fire in the lounge especially for those lazy winter afternoons or evenings.
The apartment has a conservatory, ideal for quiet relaxation, and a furnished patio area perfect for summer evenings.
The patio also has an outdoor shower.

The town has a rich artistic history and is home to many galleries along with the world renowned Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum. The St Ives School of Art offers courses throughout the year.
The South West coastal path crosses through the town and the walk west to Zennor provides spectacular views.
St Ives is also a fantastic base for visiting a host of local attractions such as Land’s End, The Minnack Theatre, the St Just Tin Mines – a World Heritage site and the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth.
