    Bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds with access to terrace, 3rd bed is large comfortable sofa bed in lounge. A cot will be provided also.

    Bathrooms:
    The main bathroom has toilet, bidet, wash hand basin, shower, bath and heated towel rail.
    The other is a WC with hand basin.

    Kitchen:
    Our galley style kitchen has cooker, electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.

    Utility Room:
    Dishwasher, washing machine etc.

    Living Rooms:
    FREE WI-FI, TV with UK channels, XBox360 and games, DVD player, HI FI.
    Sofas to seat 8 people.

    Other:
    Separate dining room.

    Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
    Towels and linen are changed weekly or upon request(at extra minimal charge)
    Lady looking after property lives in same complex which is convenient for any small problems you may have.

    About the area

    Coast/Beach
    The sandy arenal beach is 10 min walk and the beautiful pebble beach with it's bars is 3 min walk.

    Golf
    Javea golf course is approx 10 mins by car and La Sella with 27 holes is approx 20mins.

    How to get there
    Javea is located conveniently approx 1hrs drive from Alicante and 1hrs drive from Valencia. A car is not essential because of the location of Emerald apartment. Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged.

    Distances
    Denia is a 15min drive where you can get a ferry to Ibiza and Majorca etc.
    There are many beautiful coastal towns to explore within short drives from Javea. If you like going into the mountains the small picturesque village of Guadalest (approx 45-50mins) away which is well worth a visit. On your way you could stop off at the Transport museum and view the transport from the past. For Water Parks etc. Benidorm is only 35-40 mins away.

    "In the Heart of Xabia"

    A clean, well presented, spacious and fully air conditioned ground floor apartment. It has all the facilities you require to enjoy your holiday in Xabia. A lift takes you from the underground parking area to the apartment door, very handy for moving the luggage. Well positioned within walking distance of the beaches, port area and old town. Close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets, even an Iceland! A lovely sized swimming pool in a gated area, thats suitable for young children within grounds that are well maintained and secure. We wouldn't hesitate going back or recommending it to others.

    "Great appartment, ideal location."

    We stayed at the Emerald Apartment during the last week in August. Our family included myself, my wife and two teenagers (16 & 18). We found the apartment clean, tidy and fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a small utility area with dishwasher & washing machine. The apartment was on the ground floor and had two outside areas - the smallest area had a small table & chairs ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, and a larger dining area at the rear, ideal for evening meals. During our stay in 36-40 degrees heat, the air con was a god's send! There was a clean, good sized, well maintained pool, which we used several times a day (open from 10am to 11pm! Within 2 mins walk is a supermarket which we found extremely useful and had everything you would require. The apartment is ideally situated mid way between the Arenal beach and the Port (15-20mins walk to both). Along the coastal road are many beach bars and restaurants, our particular favourite is the La Siesta, which was only 5 mins walk away. Patrick, the Apartment owner was extremely helpful and friendly - kind enough to arrange our transport to and from Alicante Airport. He ensured that we had a fantastic family holiday!     "Perfect for us!!"

    We stayed at the Emerald apartment for 2 weeks. It is clean and extremely well equipped. The UK TV was great for our small children (6 & 7 years) for chilling out in the afternoons after swimming in the lovely pool all morning. We spent many afternoons in the sun trap garden area dining alfresco and sampling the lovely wine. The location of the apartment is perfect you can step outside the secure gate and choose right for the the arenal or left for the port and the beach bars are all beautiful and only a short walk. We have stayed in Javea a number of times and this is our favourite apartment so far, thank you Partick we would definitely stay again. Laura and Paul.

    "Perfect"

    If you want to stay in Javea and this appartment has the correct number of beds, then dont look any further. Very clean and well apointed appartment, sun trap rear terrace, big size swimming pool which was normally quiet duing our stay. Less than 2 minutes walk to large Supermarket, uder 5 minutes to the beach and closest resturants La Siesta being our favorite, then 10-15 minutes to the Port and 15-20 minutes to the sandy beach. Booked for next year before we left!

    "Great Appartment & Location"

    Clean & well laid out apartment which is very well equipped for a self catering holiday (included hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher). Apartment is well located between the Port and arenal areas which are roughly 15 - 20 minutes walk away over flat ground. Plenty to see and do nearby. Complex has a good sized pool which is well maintained and was always quiet whenever we visited. Underground car park was a bonus as it kept the car cool. Patrick the owner was on hand as was a neighbour to ensure that all went without any hitches.

    About the Owner

    Having owned a Villa in Javea for several years now which we initially rented out we are aware of what is required to have a good holiday. We put this first and foremost when dealing with our clients as we wish for everyone to have a pleasant stay as we did on our first arrival in Javea. We have a local lady from the same block looking after the apartment should our clients have any further requirements during their stay. This is a great advantage to clients who are holidaying and want peace of mind should anything go wrong.

    Why this location?

    Having been in Javea for several years now we chose the location of our apartment carefully. Located midway between the famous sandy Arenal beach and the Port area and close to the beautiful Old town it's in an ideal location. Just a short walk (10-15mins) to the Port and Arenal or even less (2-3mins) to one of the many beach bars which line the seafront between the Port and Arenal. Javea is an ideal town for your holiday should it be relaxing on the beach, water sports, horse riding, golfing, cycling, etc or sightseeing. I would describe Javea as a perfect place for a family holiday,away from the usual overcrowded holiday resorts but still close enough to Benidorm (approx 35-40mins) and all the Water parks etc. For the younger generation there are several night clubs and disco bars.

    What are the unique benefits of the property?

    For those with younger children who wish to explore, our apartment is in a small Gated community which makes it safe for them to freely run around without the fear of traffic etc. The complex pool is probably one of the largest in the area and for residents use only which avoids overcrowding. The pool has a separate area for kiddies. Our apartment has Air conditioning and Heating for winter vacations. We provide FREE WiFi,UK television, DVD player, HiFi, XBox 360 with some games and a selection of books. The largest Supermarket in Javea is only a 2min walk and Iceland a 2min walk. A pharmacy and wine shop is a similar distance also. On either of our terraces it's possible to BBQ with fully extending sun shades to protect you from the hot summer sun. Our underground car parking is useful
