    The Mill has many stairs as it it on 3 different levels.
    The Linhay has a few stairs inside due to being built on a hill.
    Mynford is all on one level, apart for the steps to the children s bedroom, so suitable for people with poor mobility, but not wheelchairs.

    All properties have garden furniture for eating outside as well as deckchairs.
    Also all have BBQ`s.

    Polzeath Beach is 1.5 miles away, you can drive as there is loads of parking there or you can easily walk over the golf course and it will take 30 mins,
    Daymer Bay is 3 miles away by car but again you can walk it and it takes 45mins or so.
    Rock beach is 3 miles away by car with car park to catch the ferry to Padstow. Again you can walk it, will take 1 hour, over 2 golf courses.
    You can walk from the properties to the beach or South West Coast path on footpaths, not roads.

    The Point at Polzeath is a mile away.
    St Enodoc is 3 miles away.
    Trevose Golf and Country club is 30 mins away.

    About the Owner

    Mum of 3 boys, 2 dogs, and loves living by the sea. We moved from Cirencester in 2002 to Cornwall having spent every summer holiday here with the children, but over in the Trevose area, my second home!
    Nursery school teacher by trade, now run our holiday cottage businees with the help of my husband who seems to be the gardener/ painter and decorator and general fixer. Love to meet new people and often spend far too long talking to guests. Big rugby fan too!

    Why this location?

    We were lucky enough to buy 3 run down farm buildings and renovate them into amazing ,home from home ,holiday accommodation. We love the sea and had 3 small boys back then ( now all grown up )who loved the outside life, and decided to move here to give them the best childhood we could. We are tucked away from everyone yet only a mile or so from the best surfing beach around, Polzeath.

    What are the unique benefits of the property?

    The properties lie hidden away down a farm track with no near neighbours , so we have peace and quiet all year round. Beautiful views across to St Minver church, over open farmland. The properties can be rented altogehter for large family gatherings or Weddings.
