Boreham Manor Coach House is a recently refurbished, 2 bedroom self-catering cottage located on the outskirts of the market town of Warminster in Wiltshire. Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and has a wonderfully comfortable king-size Vi Spring bed and space a travel cot (which we can provide). Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and has a double bed and an additional fold-out single with sprung mattress if required. There is a living room with TV (Freeview), DVD player, Playstation and patio doors out into the private orchard garden with patio area, BBQ, bench and toddlers trampoline. The bathroom has a full bath with shower over and stone tiling. The kitchen/breakfast room has a breakfast table, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, hob, oven and microwave. Despite it's semi-rural location, Warminster town centre is only 1 mile away and Longleat Safari Park is within 5 miles. Stonehenge, Stourhead, Bath and Salisbury can be reached by car within 30 minutes.

The position of the second bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the lack of any steps makes Boreham Manor Coach House ideal for guests with mobility problems.
The private fenced garden is located to the rear of the Coach House and accessed via either the living room or kitchen. The garden was a Victorian orchard and is mainly laid to grass and interspersed with fruit trees. There is a patio area with a picnic bench and BBQ and a toddler's trampoline (2-5 years). To the front of the Coach House is a shared gravel driveway with off-road parking for up to 2 cars.

We accept stays starting from a minimum of 2 days. Arrival and departure days are entirely flexible to fit with the guests requirements.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is requested at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Check in is from 4.00pm. Check out is by 10.30am on the day of departure.

From the M4: Exit the M4 at Junc 18 (Bath) onto the A46 then follow the A36 to Warminster.
From the M3: Leave the M3 at junc 8 onto the A303. Continue on the A303, passing Stonehenge, until you come to the A36 Deptford exit.
Warminster railway station is just 1 mile away.
Bristol and Southampton airports are both approx 50 miles away. Using public transport it takes less than 2 hours to reach Warminster station from either airport. Alternatively cars can be hired at both airports.

The surrounding villages are host to a large number of wonderful rural pubs serving restaurant-quality food in idyllic surroundings.
We are ideally located for walking breaks, being situated on the edge of Salisbury Plain, close to the Imber Pathway and Wessex Ridgeway. We can arrange for bags to be taken on to your next stop for a small charge.
Horse riding lessons and full day treks can be booked by us on your behalf at White Horse Treking Centre, Codford.
There is bike hire and boat hire 14 miles away at Bradford on Avon, where you can follow the canal path all the way to Bath, maybe stopping for refreshments at one of the lovely pubs along the route.

We booked the coach house predominantly as a base to visit Longleat which is nearby but i wish we'd had more time to enjoy the house too. It was like 'home from home' and a lovely garden. Exceptionally clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Would definately go back but would like to stay for a week not just couple of nights next time. Wonderful place to stay!

We are massive fans of our most famous local tourist attraction, Longleat Safari Park, managing to visit 75 times during 2011! I sometimes think it would be easier all round if they just supplied us with our own lions!
Having traveled to Lanzarote with our young family countless times over the past 8 years we bought Casa Abuelo in 2012. We have modernised and fully renovated the villa to offer everything that we looked for ourselves - comfy beds, pool gate, children's pool, aircon and all just a few minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca village.

We set about a full renovation project of the Manor and Coach House during 2007/8, opening the house as a bed and breakfast and the Coach House as a self-catering cottage for short breaks in 2011.
