Spacious modern luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment with large terrace that enjoys direct access to two communal swimming pools within a tropical garden setting. Sleeps maximum of 4 people - please note there are two double beds . Includes x4 private sunlounger chairs. Smart new cafe within the Condomium.

Well located with restaurants, bar and another x2 cafes 300 meters away and within walking distance to the local beach (15 minutes) and the multi-award wining Vilamoura marina (x10 minutes). Large east facing terrace for alfresco eating. More of a home than just another rental property - after all lived there over eight years. Strong Uber presence.

Lovely apartment, great location

Lovely apartment, clean and in great condition with 20 mins or so walk to the beach & marina. Owners very helpful with any questions, recommendations and even a video so it can easily be found.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We chose this apartment based on the photos and location to the marina area. We were looking for a relaxing quiet place to stay but with easy access to the marina area bars and restaurants. It did not disappoint, the apartment was lovely, very well fitted out to a high standard, with everything you need. Very comfortable bed, plenty of space, a good sized fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, large smart TV with DVDs if you need them. Ground floor location with a very good sized sun terrace overlooking the pool and garden area, and where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your own sunbeds were provided by the pool so no problem where to enjoy the sun. It was a 20 minute walk to the marina or a couple of minutes in the car! Simon and Lynn were very helpful, very good communication, they provided lots of information and tips and are quick and easy to reach if you have any queries. We would fully recommend this apartment for your stay in Vilamoura and will definitely stay here on our next trip to the area.

A gorgeous modern apartment in a quiet area. Home away from home.

We had a wonderful holiday in this super location in The Algarve. The ground floor apartment is spotless & has everything you require & more! There were even tea lights to light in the evening, whilst enjoying a glass of vino on the outside terrace. We loved the tranquillity here , and within a 20 mins walk, you are have the buzz and vibrancy of the marina. We loved the personal service offered by the owners who booked an airport transfer for us & gave a comprehensive guide on the area & restaurant recommendations. Everything was seamless from the moment we booked. We cant wait to go back!

Amazing first family holiday. Great location for couples and families, had a lot on offer!!

This was our first family holiday abroad with a 3 and 7 year old. We were met by Ian who was not only very welcoming and showed us around the apartment but he also took my husband in the car to show him where the local shop and pharmacy was. Nothing was ever too much for Ian who was always at the end of a phone to answer any of our questions. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. Generous in size and all you need for a family holiday. The pool is right outside the apartment and your own sun beds are provided. The area of the apartment is spot on. Not to far away from the marina but far enough that your not on the doorstep to it. There is a lovely complex across the road with a spar, breakfast place which makes the best pancakes, very amazing restaurant on the corner beside spar (always book to avoid disappointment) and also parky's bar. Had the most amazing 11 days away in Simon's apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We hope to be back again next year.

Relocated to Portugal in September 2001 to take up a position in Lisbon. In 2003 moved down to the Algarve and rented this apartment for four years before buying it in 2007. Now living in the UK we return back as often as possible to enjoy the magic of the Algarve in the most idyllic of settings- Vilamoura.

Why they chose this property

I have been visiting Portugal for the past 45 years on and off to play golf and holiday. I saw Vilamoura grow up from nothing to what it is today 'the largest man made resort in Europe'. Now internationally famous for its five golf courses it has so much more to offer all of which have a strong outdoor sport theme. It now has offers approx 24 miles of pedestrian and cycling routes, circuit training with dedicated stations, swimming, tennis, water sports, golden beaches or just chillin out under the blue skies.

Comforting to know when you arrive there is no long drive from Faro Airport - just 25 minutes by car or take a private transfer.

What makes this property unique

In a word: Convenience. The apartment backs directly into the garden and is like having an additional room. Easy to keep on eye on the small ones as they play by the pool. Having a bathroom the same level as the pool is a real bonus. The terrace has a lovely table with four chairs and parasol for some al-fresco dining.
Alternatively simply walk down the main Avenida to the Marina or enjoy the various restaurants and bars on offer across the road.
