Millstream is a 19th century stone cottage, formerly part of a mill, located in a peaceful and secluded position. Millstream is a lovely holiday cottage for 4 people and offers comfortable accommodation with many traditional features. Refurbished in 2023, the cottage has single level accommodation and is furnished and equipped to a high standard with a modern kitchen & bathroom. There is an enclosed child friendly south facing lawned garden and patio as well as lots of parking.

Great holiday!

We had a great stay! The location was brilliant to drive down to local beaches and Rock, all within 10 minutes. The cottage had everything we needed including a washering machine, much needed after days on the beach. The garden was also lovely to use, our 2 year old loved playing out there and it is all fenced in so he couldn't get up to too much mischief!

Lovely cottage

This lovely cottage is in a great location for exploring the beautiful North Cornwall coast. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very comfortable beds and sofas! Very peaceful garden.

Pre Exam Getaway

Lovely little cottage, perfectly placed for access to Rock, Polzeath, Lundy Bay etc. Very quiet surroundings and ‘out in the sticks’.. Logs for the wood burner are ESSENTIAL if you are there in the winter!!

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Fantastic communication from Andrew and Louise when our holiday had to be rescheduled twice due to COVID lockdowns. Highly recommend this lovely cottage. Thank you Andrew and Louise; we had a wonderful, much awaited, holiday.

Great quiet location to unwind !

The cottage is lovely and comfortable and very quiet. Apart from a mix up with checking in and keys etc the owners couldn’t do enough to help us settle in. We have had a lovely break away and would recommend the area as it’s beautiful and not too far from amenities.
