Puerto Banus with its luxurious marina is a short drive away with a great selection of bars and restaurants. Marbella town is also short drive away. Suitable for families and golfers.

The apartment is ground floor, all on 1 level. There are 2 step to access the complex from the road via security gates. Access from the underground car park via lift.

There is underground parking entered with a security key, plenty of road side parking.

Notes on prices
All prices are per week. Contact owner should you require a price for a longer or shorter stay. On arrival a 100 euro breakages deposit will be required in cash , this will be returned on your departure once the agent has checked the apartment.
Saturday preferred, but can be flexible. Arrival after 4pm. Departure by 10am.
50% deposit at time of booking, and remaining 50% 6 weeks before arrival. ( By bank transfer). Bookings within 6 weeks of your arrival will require immediate payment in full.

San Pedro beach with its long promenade and many beach side restaurants 5 minute walk. Puerto Banus 10 minutes drive. Marbella beaches 15 minutes drive.
Estepona 15 minutes drive.
Numerous local high quality courses. Los Flamingos. Atalaya Park. Guadalmina. Los Naranjos. Marbella club are a short drive away. Valderama. San Roque. Almenara are around a 45 min drive. The location is ideal for golfing breaks.

How to get there
45 minutes from Malaga, 60 minutes from Gibralter , car hire is recommended but not essential. There is a bus service from malaga airport, or taxis are easily available.

Have just enjoyed a week at this very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. The apartment is well maintained and furnished and very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool area - guess this could get fairly busy during July and August but it was very peaceful and relaxing whilst we were there in May. Even beach towels are provided. Well located for beaches and restaurants - all within easy walking distance. Also local supermarket a short walk away and they will deliver if you are doing a big shop. Price VERY reasonable for such a spacious and well equipped place. Would definitely recommend!
Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers and people with disabilities
The holiday was great and we loved the apartment. It had everything we could need and it was a real bonus having the WIFI. Maria was lovely and very helpful on arrival and departure.
The information given on booking was fantastic and covered everything from travel directions to helpful telephone numbers and places to visit.
We would definitely like to go back again.

We live in England , and have for the past 10 years stayed in and around San Pedro and Cancelada . It is ideal for the young and older .

Why this location?
We chose San Pedro as it is a traditional Spanish town within easy walking distance of our apartment. We chose the apartment as it is a small quiet complex and yet within easy reach of the busier Puerto Banus and Marbella.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The area is very relaxed and close to local bars and restaurants. The local beach is a short walk away. With small children the complex was ideal as we felt safe around the pool area with them and the security gates around the complex. Being golfers this was an ideal base for the numerous local high quality courses.
