Apartment in San Pedro, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location Close To Beach And Shops! Close to new Boulevar in san pedro!

This apartment is very close to the beach and shops. Easy access to the airport in Malaga or Gibraltar, close to Puerto Banus (5 mins in a taxi) or take a 30 minute stroll along the walkway on the beach. Very well kept apartment, the pool area and common areas are spotless. Great family accommodation for family of 4 or 4 sharers. Baby travel cot in the property. There are fans in the apartment - it doesnt get too hot inside at all in the summer - we dont have air-conditioning.

The apartment is on the first floor, the parking space is underground right next to the lift.

a truly fab apartment like home from home with all kitchen appliances beautiful bedrooms lounge and dining room ....beautifully furnished ...and spotlessly clean...a lady/caretaker was available for any information or any problems occuring also good sized balcony and outdoor furniture within easy walking distance to local beach where you find lovely bars restaurants cafes...in opposite direction and walking distance a well stocked supermarket...when we didnt want to venture out 2 lovely clean swimming pools and gardens right outside our apartment......would defo make another visit to this ideal holiday apartment.

A week of sun and rest

Booked the apartment after speaking to a friend who had stayed there and highly recommended it to me and i was not disappointed very clean , it was everything my friend said it was peace and quiet lovely swimming pools and close to the beach and some fantastic restaurants
Its close to all the amenities you need and a lovely stroll the along promenade into Puerto Banus in the evening sunshine takes about 20 minutes but a really nice walk and a couple of bars on the way to stop for a sundowner, would highly recommend it for a quiet and peaceful break but if its not peace and quiet your looking for there always the bars and clubs of Puerto Banus or the town of San Pedro which is just a stroll of 15 mins also with an array of bars or 5 mins in a cab to both.

Beautiful apartment and great location

We stayed at this lovely apartment for Easter holidays. Its in a great location - the kids loved it - the pools are beautiful but unfortunately we didnt use them much as it was a little cold. Had a few dips in the sea (cold too in March). The beach is really close about 5 mins walk, you can walk all the way to Peurto Banus - its a lovely walk along paved area or wooden walkways, we hired segways too one day. The weather was brilliant - all the Easter parades were on and we went to Marbella to see one on Good Friday - Stunning and what an atmosphere. Other days went sight seeing and to Selwo in Estepona. Everything is very close and easy to get to from San Pedro. San Pedro is delightful its not at all toursity, but you can have that close by if you want! There is a new boulevar between the playa (thats where the apartment is) and the town - its great for kids - has swings and a zip wire and all sorts of things. We loved the fact that you can walk everywhere and do not need to hire a car. The supermarket is very close with lovely cheap wine!!!! Would definately come again. The owners are really helpful and their representative is lovely..

fantastic apartment

Had a wonderful week here . Apartment is modern and so well equipped and spotlessly clean far better than hotels ive stayed in . Its also so local to all the shops and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance and so lovely. The on site pools are brilliant 1 of them being a childrens pool was great and again spotlessly clean . The apartment is A1 cant recommend highly enough and was a pleasure to deal with the owner made the whole booking experience so easy and even recomended car hire company and a few restaurants to try . Will definitely be returning again

Loved it!!

Stayed here end August, for a quick break. Lovely welcome on arrival. Quiet, has everything you need, all amenities as stated. Lovely balcony to sit on in evening, it gets the sun in the evening, when i'm burnt! All in all, the peaceful area, the seven or so restaurants, and handful of bars, and a 10 min 'stroll' to the beach, with no-one there! You cannot do anything but relax! I highly recommend this apartment, it suited us perfectly for our needs. Very friendly guests staying, mix of owners from different nationalities which we like, not too 'English'....manicured gardens, always someone working to keep the place clean and tidy. Do try and book it for a relaxing week, you won't regret it.

Perfect location

After choosing this apartment the communication with the owner was first class. Any questions were answered straight away,directions and key collection all done with ease. The apartment is in a established development of mainly Spanish in a gated secure complex. Everything you need is provided and Pia is on hand should you have any problems. There is a small balcony with views to the mountains and although it looks over the back road it is very quiet. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket , bus stop and many restaurants. It really does tick all the boxes and being so close to Puerto Banus and the beautiful old town of San Pedro means if you don't want a car you are able to explore on foot or by taxi. Thank you Myra for all your help and providing us with a perfect base for our holiday. Hope to visit again

We bought this apartment to use occasionally and also because its a great building, well looked after by the management company, solid and has a good reputation. The area is lovely and we love going there.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

less than 5 min walk to beach.

Travel:

40 min drive from Malaga or Gibraltar.

Distances:

Walk to San Pedro de Alcanta village, or the supermarket is 5 min walk. There are many restaurants and bars walking distance from the apartment.

Check out the new Boulevar in between the Playa and the Village - great for kids.

New Bus station close by takes you all over the area - Ronda, Algeciras etc...

Further Details:

WE CANNOT TAKE PAYMENT FOR THE RENTAL ON THE DAY OF OCCUPATION.

I can recommend a tour guide and a taxi together with a car hire company if required.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are included. Cleaning will be done after you depart. IMPORTANT NOTICE! CLEANING TO BE PAID BY OCCUPANTS. It is my policy instead of taking a deposit - the current charge is 60 euros. Other: Lovely terrace and sun chairs to take to the pool (please bring in-doors when you leave), fans and heaters all in the property (no air-conditioning - we havent found it necessary).
