This apartment is very close to the beach and shops. Easy access to the airport in Malaga or Gibraltar, close to Puerto Banus (5 mins in a taxi), Very well kept apartment, the pool area and common areas are spotless. Great family accommodation for family of 4 or 4 sharers. Baby travel cot in the property. There are fans in the apartment - it doesnt get too hot inside at all in the summer - we dont have air-conditioning.
The apartment is on the first floor, the parking space is underground right next to the lift.

Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and all the usual appliances and crockery and cutlery, pans etc for self catering
Lounge has sofa, chair, table and 4 chairs leading onto the patio area which has table and chairs and views of the mountains. Basic TV and music system.
Lovely terrace and sun loungers to take to pool area (2 of them), fans and heaters all in the property (no air-conditioning - we havent found it necessary).
PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINE AFTER 8PM.
The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are included. Cleaning will be done after you depart. IMPORTANT NOTICE! CLEANING TO BE PAID BY OCCUPANTS.
Please leave the cleaning monies €40 too €60 euros with the rep when handing over keys/vacating.

There is a lift in the first floor. Our parking space is right outside the lift to the block in the basement! Very handy!
Large garden area, tennis courts and two pools - a children's pool (very shallow) and another pool - great for swimming or just sunbathing on the grassed area.
Important notes on accommodation
The Sky box - does not function due to satellite issues in Spain - to be rectified in due course. We apologise for any inconvenience and will try and sort out something as soon as the satelite is stable in the area (to be confirmed).

Stayed here end August, for a quick break. Lovely welcome on arrival. Quiet, has everything you need, all amenities as stated. Lovely balcony to sit on in evening, it gets the sun in the evening, when i'm burnt! All in all, the peaceful area, the seven or so restaurants, and handful of bars, and a 10 min 'stroll' to the beach, with no-one there! You cannot do anything but relax! I highly recommend this apartment, it suited us perfectly for our needs. Very friendly guests staying, mix of owners from different nationalities which we like, not too 'English'....manicured gardens, always someone working to keep the place clean and tidy. Do try and book it for a relaxing week, you won't regret it.

After choosing this apartment the communication with the owner was first class. Any questions were answered straight away,directions and key collection all done with ease. The apartment is in a established development of mainly Spanish in a gated secure complex. Everything you need is provided and Pia is on hand should you have any problems. There is a small balcony with views to the mountains and although it looks over the back road it is very quiet. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket , bus stop and many restaurants. It really does tick all the boxes and being so close to Puerto Banus and the beautiful old town of San Pedro means if you don't want a car you are able to explore on foot or by taxi. Thank you Myra for all your help and providing us with a perfect base for our holiday. Hope to visit again

My 2nd vist to this property. Owners are very helpful and i love the location. Great Swimming pools and beach and local supermarket and restraunts are all within short walking distance.

"A Fabulous Escape"
A fabulous escape...we have found the perfect location for a break away from a hectic life. Myself and my daughters (in their 20's) arrived for a boost of sunshine before the UK autumn. We found a prestine, spacious, comfortable home from home, with everything we needed. We loved the pool and local shops and of course the girls spent plenty of time in Puerto Banus whilst I regained some peace with a book beside the pool, with the occasional walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful and flexible with dates and a few queries. No complaints and definitely highly recommended...We will be back...

"Lovely place to stay"
We chose this location because it was near to a beach and also had a swimming pool. The apartment is exactly as described on owners direct, really nice, had everything that we needed and the whole complex is spotlessly clean and the gardens well maintained. We could walk to Puerto Banus and only a short drive to Marbella. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the apartment, even though it was late at night. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. Very relaxing place to wind down. We certainly would recommend the apartment to friends. The owner was very prompt in getting back to us and gave us useful information regarding the area and where to hire a car from. Underground parking was also a bonus. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but there are fans to keep you cool. Our children really enjoyed their stay, they are in their early twenties and found it easy to get taxi's so that they could go clubbing in the hills near to Marbella.
