    Rooftops is a modern flat situated in the heart of Tenby, one of Wales' most celebrated towns. Designed to sleep 2, the flat is perfectly situated to enjoy panoramic views through velux windows of Tenby"s famous harbour and out to sea across Carmarthen Bay. Just 3 minutes walk and you're on the beach, and even less to the shops, pubs and restaurants of this popular and picturesque seaside town. Rooftops, as the name suggests, is on the third floor of an impressive listed 200 year old Georgian building. This is a 3 star property, as awarded by Visit Wales.

    Comfortably furnished and cozy. Wide screen tv offering freeview and DVD player. Dining table with four chairs. Comfortable seating. Again, views out to sea.

    Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
    Please note that a duvet and pillows are provided but you need to bring your own under-sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases and towels.

    As mentioned earlier, the property is situated on the third floor which inevitably means there are stairs to climb. The views make it worth the effort!
    As the flat occupies the loft space, there is restricted headroom in some of the corners.

    In our opinion, one of the main features which sets Rooftops apart from other accommodation is the location; being seconds from the town centre and with beaches almost on your doorstep. This means that if one of you wants to look around the shops or walk on the beach, leaving your partner to have a lie-in, then it's easy to do. No driving or lengthy walks required!
    We have even supplied a fishing rod for your use if you fancy giving it a go.

    Short break enquiries are welcomed out of high season or on a late availability basis.

    Changeover day
    Standard changeover day is Saturday, but please email as this can be flexible. Arrival time is 2.30 pm and departure by 10 am.

    Booking notes
    Please note a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking. Full payment is required by paypal, cheque or bank transfer 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. A booking is only confirmed when a deposit of 25% of the rent is paid. The balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks before the holiday. Non-payment at the due time will be construed as cancellation of the booking and the deposit will be forfeited. Please email us if you have any questions or special requests.

    How to get there
    A private and secure garage is available for your use. This is about a 4 or 5 minute walk from the property. This is a valuable and rare feature in Tenby.

    During the summer months, the main town centre is pedestrianised for a part of the day which means, depending on your arrival time, you may be unable to drive within the town walls. This could mean that you will need to park and then walk in.

    Tenby is home to all the amenities you could wish for. There are dozen"s of pubs and restaurants. There is a Tesco within one minute of the front door, and also Sainsbury's within the town.
    Most banks are represented and there is a myriad of shops if you fancy a change from the beach.

    "Rooftops with a view"

    An excellent central location a fully self contained flat to high standard great velux window lookout over the beach, view to pendine etc!!!! It as it says on the label! Booked the day before communication top class! Access to the flat brilliant but (would prove difficult to people who could not climb a lot of stairs) perfect access to spend time in town bus to saundersfoot with a fantastic footpath coastal walk back to Tenby £3.70 for two singles! Buccanear fantastic food excellent presentation staff hospitality! well worth visiting!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing and romantic getaway

    A professional couple with two children. This is the only holiday property we own and we take great pride in making it available for others to enjoy.

    Why this location?

    Tenby has everything. When Rooftops became available we just had to have it. After 5 years we still love the area and still can't walk past the windows without looking out at the fantastic views.

    What are the unique benefits of the property?

    We love being able to take advantage of staying here ourselves. The beaches are amazing and being able to fish from the harbour wall, or just mess about in the water is a lovely way to pass the time. Crabbing in the harbour is also a great favorite. Tenby will always keep us occupied, but it's also a great base to explore further afield. Many attractions are within easy driving distance.
