Peaceful location and ideal for a relaxing holiday, sea walks and yet only 15 minutes drive to the larger towns of Los Cristianos, Adeji, Fanabe beach and golf.

Bath/shower over, wc, bidet, wash basin in fitted unit.
Fitted kitchen with ceramic electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Breakfast Bar.
This is situated at side of sun terrace and contains washing machine, iron and ironing board.
TV with SKY, Spanish and 23 English speaking channels: BBC1, 2, ITV, Channels 4 & 5 and more, DVD and music system. Large leather sofa, 2 side boards with cupboards and drawers, large cupboard for clothes storage, coffee table, double sofa bed.
The apartment will be clean on arrival and should be left as you find it. Additional cleaning and maid service can be provided for a small suplement. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine.
Cot, High Chair, Room Fans, Satellite.
The apartment is on one level. Lift access. Wheelchair access.
There are three swimming pools: A paddling pool 40 depth, 2nd pool 1.4 depth and the main swimming pool. There are sun beds round the pool.
The balcony has a table and 4 chairs.

5 minute walk to beach for swimming and sunbathing; popular for wave boarding . Disabled access to the beach. Promenade with ample seating.
5 minutes from a nine hole golf course, and ten minutes from an eighteen hole golf course.
How to get there
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended if you want to tour the island.
Los Cristianos, Playa De Las Americas, Costa Adeje and Costa Del silencio are all between 10 - 15 minutes drive away.
Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. are 5 minutes walk away.

"what a great appartment and holiday"
Hi just to say we have just came back from Par mar apartment is very nice and spacious it was better than we thought it was going to be, it is spotlessly clean would recommend any one to go there, Tina is very nice person was very helpful will anything you need or needed to know about the area, it is a nice quiet area, you do need transport if you want to see the sight's we managed to use the little bus that's comes there,lots of nice walk's there too, in all it was a great holiday!!!!
Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children and romantic getaway

"Ideal holiday rental"
The apartment was as described, it was spacious and clean, set within the residential complex which was well looked after and secure. It had a number two pools.(also has UK TV) One thing to be aware of was access to the flat was at the top of a very steep bank which would be an issue if you have Motability issues. I used to drop my wife off at the gate then park the car up. On the issue of transport I would recommend you hire a car although at night you can use the taxis couple of minutes walk away, and their is a mini bus that runs into Palm Mar. This area is mainly residential with a few good bars and places to eat, If you want a relaxing holiday it is just the job, but if you want something more lively look at an alternative resort. We loved the area and would go back and use the same apartment if available

"Simply the best"
Just back today after 4 fantastic wks in this super apartment. Palm Mar is so quiet, the complex is spotless, the pool is the cleanest we have seen. You do need to hire a car as the bus service here isnt up to much at the moment (set to improve we understand). We will certainly return next year.
Recommended for: Age 55+
I cannot believe we have been back a week already to such atrocious weather!! We had a great week in Tenerife and loved the apartment.
We will definitely stay again and already looking at dates for later this year. (Richard - March 2013).
