The attic/studio shows that a creative and practical design, together with style and good taste make of this 40 m2 studio a comfortable place with personality, ideal to enjoy of the perfect stay. Original objects in contrast to the white colour that prevails, create an elegant, but also pleasant atmosphere in the main room. 3 large VELUX windows looking the sky with blids, make it also very luminous with no need of artificial light during the day. No complications at all in this apartment that´s got everything thought to obtain a really relaxed and pleasant stay: the modern and fully equipped kitchen, the marble bathroom ,2 very comfortable beds, and a doble sofa/bed very easy to fold . The kitchen, modern and functional is completely equipped, with washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. Small household-electric microwave, toaster.

    No complications at all in this apartment that´s got everything thought to obtain a really relaxed and pleasant stay: the modern and fully equipped kitchen, the marble bathroom ,two very comfortable beds, and a doble sofa/bed very easy to fold . It has air conditioning and internet connection.

    HOW TO ARRIVE TO THE “PRINCE SANTA ANA” APARTMENT 1.- FROM THE AIRPORT TAXI: Cost 25-40 euros depending on traffic. 20-40 minute journey UNDERGROUND: Cost 5 euros per person. Take the line to COLOMBIA, then short connection to line 9 to ARGANDA DEL REY, get off at PRINCIPE DE VERGARA, then take line number 2 to CUATRO CAMINOS. Get out at SEVILLA, and then follow straight on Sevilla Street until you arrive to Canalejas plaza. Then follow straight on and you will find del PRINCIPE street. 50 minute journey. 2. - FROM TRAIN STATION PUERTA DE ATOCHA TRAIN STATION: Take line number 1 direction Pinar de Chamartín.     "Excellent location; Comfortable apartment"

    My husband and I have rented apartments in various countries with mixed experiences. We found this apartment to be everything it claimed to be and more. The location is ideal. It is a short walk to the Paseo del Prado where all the museums are located and also to the Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol, and the historical part of town. There are many restaurants, tapas bars and jazz clubs in the neighborhood. It is close to the metro and stores. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully furnished with lots of light . We were in the middle of our trip to Spain so were very happy to find a washer/dryer so we could have clean clothes. Both the owner, Carmen, and Sol who met us at the apartment were very helpful. Sol even lent us a mobile phone for our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope that we will be able to return there on our next visit to Madrid.

    "Wonderful first visit to Madrid"

    We stayed at this studio apartment for 5 days during our first visit to Spain. We were very happy with all aspects of this apartment. It is very close to EVERYTHING! Walking distance to the major museums, palace and especially handy to the Metro. The bed was very comfortable! And important to us was that the apartment was quiet, especially since it is in the very busy center. We had everything that we needed in the apartment: washer/dryer, coffee making utensils, pots/pans, tv and wifi. In addition, there is a grocery and pharmacy across the street. We also appreciated the warm welcome from Ganriela. We used the city map everyday. We appreciated that she marked the places that you don't find on a map such as, where to go for tapas, shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. Thank you! We hope to have the opportunity to visit Madrid again! We would stay here again.

    "Great 2 weeks at Prince Santa Ana"

    We were so pleased with this apartment and the whole experience. My 20 year old daughter stayed here for two weeks. Her father was with her the first week and she was alone the second week. Carmen was so helpful before they even got there and helped this worried mama determine that the apartment would work for my daughter - who is allergic to just about everything - and it did! She always responded immediately to our e-mails and met them at the apartment to show them around. She lives in the same building, so it made me more comfortable than an apartment rented out by companies that are not even in town. Simply could not be more happy with the location. I spent forever looking at apartments that would be in a safe area and also be close to her school near Retiro metro. Almost every social event she went to with friends from the school ended up being within a block of the apartment. Really put our minds at ease. They walked everywhere. She had no allergy problems (says a lot!) There was a major shower drain issues which was fixed right away. Appliances were all pretty new, food basics were provided - oil, salt, etc. - a nice unexpected surprise (why don't more people do this?) The stairway up to the apartment was a bit worn out looking but the apartment itself was very nice and like the pictures. The only complaint I've heard is that my husband get a bit tired of the low ceilings after a week, but everything else was great! Thanks Carmen!

    "FABULOUS, EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS."

    Staying here is a great way to get to know Madrid. Less than 10 minutes to the museums, the park, nice restaurants, very close to all the action but not in the middle of it. Staying here is a great way to feel like a real Madrileño. You do not need a metro pass if you stay here because everything is in walking distance. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, and even had a washing/drying machine. It is a very well maintained, clean flat and modern amenities.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children and romantic getaway
