South facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in an excellent area of Puerto Del Carmen with spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea to Fuerteventura and mountains. The beach, bars and restaurants are a 12 minute walk away, the old town and Harbour is 15 minutes walk away. The new golf course at Tias is 1 mile away. The Villa is furnished to a high standard with air-conditioning (coin operated) in lounge and master bedroom, Sky TV inc sky sports and BT sports, wifi, heated private pool, sun loungers, barbecue, patio table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 with double bed en suite, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe, hairdryer and patio doors leading onto south facing sun terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, ceiling fan, wardrobe.
En-suite to bedroom 1 with walk in shower, wc and sink. Bathroom with bath/shower over, sink and wc.
A fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Open plan lounge/dining room has breakfast bar, dining table and 4 chairs, 3 seater, 2 seater sofas, sky inc sports and BT sports, 32in flat screenTV, DVD/CD player, wifi router, air-con unit, ceiling fan and safe. Patio doors leading to upper terrace.
Mid week towel change, welcome pack provided on arrival and full clean for 2 week stays.

The accommodation is all on one level apart from the pool accessed via a few steps. The Roman steps to the pool have a handrail to aid entry.
Outside the upper terrace has patio table, 4 chairs and parasol accessed from lounge and master bedroom with barbecue. Perfect for enjoying the spectacular views and sunsets. The lower terrace accessed via a few steps is gated with heated pool 7.5m x3.5 meters with roman steps and hand rail, outside shower and 4 sunbeds is south facing with plenty of sun bathing space.
Important notes on accommodation
The villa is very spacious perfect for 4 adults. One extra person can be accommodated with a Z bed on request. The steps leading to the lower spacious pool terrace is gated for child safety. Travel cot/high chairs are available at £25 per week. A welcome pack is provided.

About the area
The main Blue Flag sandy beach start of 7km is 10-15 min walk away with all amenities you may need eg loungers and parasols for hire, pedalos and variety of water sports. A variety of other sports and entertainment are also available inc a casino and a good selection of nightlife for the young at heart. Tennis Bike, quad bike, carting, mini-golf, Biosphere shopping centre and Old town harbour 15 mins walk with variety of tax free shops inc Zara, Timberland and Swaroski and children's play area.
New golf course at Tias is 2km away.
How to get there
Arrecife airport about 12 minute drive/taxi away. Car is not essential but we recommend spending a few days exploring the island by car.
Alternatively there are many organised trips available
The whole island is easily accessible with Puerto Calero marina 10km away with its restaurants, designer shops and luxury yachts which can also be reached via a spectacular coastal path.
1.2km playa chica with variety of water sports.
A few minutes drive to Rancho Texas theme park with a selection of unusual animals, parrot and sea lion shows.
A supermarket is only a 5 min walk away.

"Great place to stay"
Thank you Helen we have had a wonderful time staying in your villa. It really is a home from home with everything we could possibly need. The location is very convenient with an amazing choice of fabulous places to eat all within walking distance yet the villa is in a peaceful quiet area. We hope to return again soon.

Yet again we have had another fantastic holiday in this villa, there is everything you could possibly need and it's situated in a pleasant and quiet area.
