    Upstairs there are 3 spacious double en suite bedrooms. All 3 upstairs bedrooms lead on to a spacious sun terrace. Downstairs is a 4th double bedroom with en suite bathroom. This rooms connects to 5th bedroom which contains twin beds.

    There are 4 en-suite bathrooms in the property and a separate guest toilet downstairs.

    Kitchen:
    The house has a large fully equipped kitchen, an electric stove/oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The kitchen is open plan onto the lounge with sea views.

    Utility Room:
    Washing machine and dryer located in the garage.

    Living Rooms:
    Unwind in the comfortable lounge decorated in Colonial style decor. It has a TV and DVD player with DSTV and views of the ocean. Large sliding glass doors open out onto a covered BBQ area with patio furniture.

    The house is situated on the slopes of Table Mountain and is close to the pristine beaches of the Atlantic coast. Its 2 mins drive to Camps Bay beach where there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.

    How to get there
    Cape Town International airport is 25/30 minutes drive away and the V&A Waterfront is 10 minutes drive away.

    Distances
    The centre of Cape Town is 10 minutes drive away as is the popular Waterfront shopping complex, offering shops, restaurants and cinemas. Hout Bay fishing port and market village is approx 20 minutes drive away. The wine region can be accessed within a 45 minutes drive.

    Hiking trails, horse riding, cycling paths; fishing; diving all available nearby. There are many walks which traverse the slopes and heights of Table Mountain 12 apostles and Signal Hill. South Africa has a long and varied coastline and straddles the dividing line between Indian and Atlantic Oceans so offers good and varied diving.
