A luxuriously appointed one bedroom ground floor apartment with balcony with fabulous views over the pool, harbour and ocean. The apartment is English owned and furnished to a very high standard with quality linen and towels provided and all the home from home comforts the discerning traveller would expect. It is situated on a gated, secure complex complete with its own pool bar serving refreshing cold drinks, breakfasts and snacks. The complex is near enough to be convenient for all the attractions of the old town and the strip beyond and yet far enough away to be a peaceful haven if that is what you want!

Newly refurbished bathroom in the style of a wet room. WC, bidet, designer washbasin and walk-in shower.
Fully fitted kitchen including full size oven, 2 ring hob, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. Breakfast bar.
The automatic washing machine is located in the kitchen. An electric Iron and Ironing board is available for your use as is a clothes airer.
Lounge, dining area with comfortable chairs to the breakfast bar. A double sofa-bed. Colour Smart TV with DVD player . Irish and English radio is available through the smart TV Complete with a selection of DVDs and books.English tv with android device .
A shaded roomy balcony furnished with table & chairs. Perfect for dining alfresco or sipping your favourite cocktail whilst enjoying the stunning views.
Hi-FI and Docking station in Lounge area .WiFi available .
Towels and linen changed weekly. The apartment would also be cleaned on a weekly basis.There is a washing machine to launder bedding and towels should you require .

Please note that there are a number of steps on the complex to be negotiated in order to reach the apartment (around 25 in total) though not all at once!
The complex has its own beautifully maintained gardens with colourful flowering hibiscus in bloom all year round. It has a communal pool and sun terrace area. The pool is approx 20m x 10m in size.

Please note that for the comfort of all our guests those wishing to smoke we would encourage them to do so out on the balcony. We also provide a safe for the use of our guests. Free WIFI is available throughout the complex.

Our price is based on 2 persons sharing. Any additional persons incur a supplement of £20 per person per week.
A non refundable deposit of £100 secures your booking with the balance payable 90 days prior to arrival.

About the area
The nearest sandy beach is Playa Chica which is perfect for those wish to snorkel or just soak up the sun. This is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Puerto del Carmen's Playa Grande is a further 5 minutes away.
The nearest 18 hole golf course would be at Tias which is a 10 min car ride away.
How to get there
The airport is around 10-15 minutes away by car. The cost of a taxi from the airport to the apartments is around 18€.
Lanzarote is a small Island roughly around 70 miles by 20 miles. Car hire is both cheap and plentiful so nowhere on the Island should be too far away.
The Apartment is two minutes from the lovely harbor, which has super restaurants. Public transport good.
The nearest supermarket is literally around the corner from the complex and a larger one (Hiperdino) about a 10 minute walk. The nearest ATM is around 10 minutes away by foot. The old town area of Puerto del Carmen is renowned for both the quality and variety of its restaurants.

This was our 3rd time in Linda & Pauls apartment and as per usual we had a fantastic time. The apartment is perfectly placed & has wonderful views across the Port. The apartment is so well equipped nothing has been overlooked. The bathroom is beautiful & very modern. The furniture is all very tasteful. We would & do recommend it to family & friends. Can't wait to go back.
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car and sightseeing
