Very spacious property with large double front doors with three small steps. Two bedrooms on the ground floor with en-suites.
The garden is typically Mallorcan with a mix of shrubs, bushes and palm trees.
The front of the property is gravelled and has plenty of space for parking.
To the sides and rear are mainly grassed with palm, olive and lemon trees, with yukka plants, shrubs and bushes. There is a large brick built BBQ for outside cooking.
There is a large covered terrace with table and chairs for dining. Further large sofas and armchairs surround are situated on the balconies and terraces for relaxing.
The property has several large balconies upstairs overlooking the gardens, pool and surrounding countryside. There are sunbeds and parasols around the large swimming pool, with gentle steps down into a large shallow area, which slowly dips to the deep end.

The resort of Cala D'or is just a 10 minute drive away, where there are 7 lovely beaches to choose from. Cala Sa Nau and Mondrago beaches are also 10 minutes drive away.
Vall D'or Golf Course is just a 10 minute drive away.
How to get there
Palma de Mallorca airport is 45 minutes drive. Car is necessary.
The villages of S'Alqueria Blanca and Calonge are just a couple of kilometres drive away. Each village has a handful of bars, shops, restaurants, with a weekly market. Tabacs, paper shops, village stores for all fresh daily produce.
The beautiful picturesque village of Porto Petro is just a 5 minute drive away. There are numerous cafe and restaurants around the pretty fishing village with a local shop.
There are large supermarkets in both Cala D'or and Santanyi which are just 10 minutes drive away, and a large in door fruit and vegetable market also in Cala D'or. There is a local butchers open 7 days a week in the Summer in Cala D'or.
