    The New Caprica is a brand new luxury complex of just 16 apartments in the lovely coastal town of Sainte Maxime. Ideally situated just metres from the sea and the old port. Just step out of the door and the view extends across the bay to St Tropez. Perfect for a short stroll along the sea front or through the old town into the bustling centre of Sainte Maxime. Soak up the fabulous atmosphere in the evenings when the town is vibrant offering a superb choice of reasonably priced restaurants, live music and shopping until midnight! A number of ferries and boat trips depart from the old harbour. The winding road to the east via the coast runs along the cliffs which plunge into the crystal clear sea.

    Changeover day
    Check in at 4pm Check out 10am unless by prior arrangement. Flexible changeover days in off peak months when shorter stays are also possible. Saturday changeovers in high season. I will be there to welcome you myself and offer any assistance.

    Booking notes
    25% deposit at time of booking. Payment by bank transfer after completion of booking form provided and confirmation by e mail. Balance required 6 weeks before arrival. Breakage deposit of 500 Euros on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay provided the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition, free from damage. Should you wish to use our 'end clean service' and leave the cleaning to us, this is possible at an extra charge.

    How to get there
    Nice airport approx 1 hour by car. Toulon airport approx 1 hour. St Rapael or Les Arcs station 35 minutes. All bus stops are close (100m) The new local 'simplicité' bus service takes you anywhere in Ste Maxime for 1 Euro
    Var Lib buses at just 3 Euros a ride, to Frejus and St Raphael. Ferry boats from port opposite, 15 minutes to St Tropez by boat, trips to Cannes etc by boat. We can arrange airport transfers, a car is not essential at this property.

    Literally dozens of colourful fashion boutiques to rival our neighbouring Saint Tropez. Not surprising that in my 28 years of living here Sainte Maxime has become the most popular place to stay in the Saint Tropez area...far easier on the wallet too!

    "Fantastic"

    A great week. Appartment in a great location, really clean with everything you will ever need for a holiday. You can park your car and leave it as you don't even need with everything in the area. Great beaches close by if you fancy moving around

    "Outstanding"

    What a superb apartment. Great location, very well appointed and very comfortable. Sian the owner was delightful and both her and Derek very informative. We were made very welcome and would not have any hesitation in recommending this apartment to be the ideal place to stay in St.Maxime. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there and have booked another stay there over the Christmas and New Year. Excellent!!!!!!!!!

    "Highly Recommended"

    A beautiful, modern apartment in a great location. It has everything that you could possibly need, however if you find yourself in need of assistance in any way the owner, Sian is always at hand. Sian is very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend property and would definitely stay in the apartment if we were to visit this area again.

    "Superb"

    We have been coming to St Maxime and St Tropez for 25 years and almost every time through Sian Little. For our last 2 holidays we stayed at her appartment in St Maxime and must say the pictures dont do it justice ! It is absolutely outstanding in every way ... location, fittings, parking, shopping and pet friendly. You get a personal service from Sian that is way beyond what you would expect from any tour operator and she is always on hand to offer advice on restaurants, sights, local customs, indeed ANYTHING that makes your holiday better - she even found us a vet for our dog's passport jab ! We cant recomment this appartment highly enough. thanks again Sian & Derek for another brilliant stay. See you in September.

    "Would highly recommend this appartment"

    This is a beautiful, modern apartment that has all the facilities you would need to make yourself at home while you are on holiday. The 3 bedrooms are of a good size and tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable too which is a bonus. The property has a great open plan lounge/dining area which was a great place to eat and relax in the evening when our babies were in bed. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner, Sian, was very helpful from the 1st time that I contacted her. She offered to pick us up from the airport (which wasn't needed) and was there to welcome us when we arrived at the property. She was very accommodating and reassured us we could contact her if we needed to. The property is only a five minute walk from the local restaurants, bars and shops. We bought our croissants and pain au chocolate every morning from the nearest patisserie (Tart Tropezienne) which I would also recommend. ST Tropez is only a 20 min boat ride from the harbour at St Maxime and there are lovely small beaches along the coast. I would recommend the Marineland in Antibes if you have younger children. It was an hour and a half drive away but it was a great day out with plenty of activities to do over the 4 different parks. We had a great holiday in St Maxime and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

    This brand new flat in Sainte Maxime is a real treat. Everything is how it’s described on the Owners Direct website and we thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay. We stayed over the Christmas period and were delighted with the layout and fittings of the flat, it really suited my elderly Mother too. We were able to have lunch on the balcony five times, and chose to have Christmas lunch at an excellent fish restaurant nearby. We prefer not to hire cars when we go away - I’m happy to get the croissants every morning especially if I can walk by the sea to get them, (the boulangerie was open every day). My partner does the cooking and was very happy with the first class kitchen appliances, I was really happy with the hi-speed internet. It was great a big thank you to Sian for a warm welcome and to Derek for collecting us and returning us to Nice airport effortlessly. My mother didn't want to come home !

    About the Owner

    I am no newcomer to the rental business and have been working in the holiday rental market in the Saint Tropez area for the last 25 years. Whilst I respect my client's privacy during their stay, I can reassure them that I am only 10 minutes away and will be around to greet them, offer advice and help where required. I have used owners direct for a few years and have been delighted with the response and have met some lovely people. I hope that 2015 will be as successful.

    Why this location?

    The town is growing in popularity and new small developments close to the sea and town centre are hard to come by. As soon as New Caprica came on the market I could not miss the opportunity so I have just purchased my future retirement home ten years early. With a bit of luck and some good rentals it will have paid for itself by the time I get round to putting my feet up ! If, like me, you love France,enjoy a day in the sun followed by a meal in a good restaurant and a few glasses of wine with no driving to worry about, this could be the perfect holiday for you !

    What are the unique benefits of the property?

    What a super apartment, 4 of us stayed here earlier this month, equipped with everything you need, washing machine for me, spacious, air con, fab patio, easy to use barbi, just wonderful. All amenities within very easy walking distance, most delicious almond croissants at local bakery, forget any calorie counting. Small supermarket around the corner, but about 20 minutes across town ,easily located, there is a large Carrefour, we shopped there, also there is an undercover provencal market in town, if you do not buy anything, just go to have a look. St Tropez very easy to reach, if you want to go on the ferry, fine, but the bus is only 2 euros. St Maxime is just lovely; Thank you Paul Smith for these comments
