Notes on prices
A Cleaning Charge of 100 euros is payable for the 1 week stay. This covers all cleaning and Towels and Linen.
Changeover Day is on Saturday. Rental is for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. Departure is by 10 am on Saturday and arrival time is after 2 pm Saturday.
Please book with us direct by email. A deposit of 250 euros is required at time of booking. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
A refundable 200 Euro bond is payable at the beginning of each let.

Public swimming pool in Le a Bugue aswell.
Within 10 minutes walk to river kayaking, tennis club, health track, art galleries, mini golf, aquarium,restaurants, cafes and bars, library, markets, and gym.
Great range of activities for kids of all ages in Le Bugue.
Not close to ski fields.
How to get there
Train station in Le Bugue Village but a car would be recommended to see all of local area. Closest airport is Bergerac (40 km). City Jet also flys direct to Brive from London.

About the Owner
Kiwis Marc and Dale first fell in love with the Dordogne after spending 6 mths on holiday in the area in 2001.
Now after 10 years planning they are pleased to offer to you their second home for idyllic holidays in the most beautiful area of France.
We are a couple in our early 50 s who enjoy the laid back holiday lifestyle in this very special part of the Dordogne.

Why this location?
The area around Le Bugue offers the best of Rural France whilst having access to a wide range of sports, markets and incredible villages and larger towns within a 40 km drive. Across the road from the Vezere river this property is both peaceful and still only 10 mins walk from the middle of Le Bugue.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
A large fully furnished 3 bedroom home with a private sun deck and separate outdoor bar b q area. The local tennis club is only 2 minutes away and the Town with its Tuesday markets and Summer night markets are only 5 minutes walk away. It is a flat bike ride to the town, Boulangerie, Supermarche and Bricomarche. The thick 2 storey stone house remains cool even on the hottest summer day. Self catering is easy with a gas stove and a complete fully equipped kitchen. Bikes are free of charge to our guests.
