Situated on the east side of Nerja, Oasis de Capistrano is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, two communal swimming pools, children's pool, bar and restaurant and is a 20 minute walk from central Nerja and the Balcon de Europa. The apartment enjoys a southerly aspect with wonderful views across Oasis to the sea. Burriana beach can be reached on foot either via a beautiful cliff top path or in a few minutes by car. The property is approached via a few steps and is all on one level. You are greeted with a good sized private garden and beautiful terrace which are well screened and with a secure entrance gate so perfectly safe for children.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table & light, bookcase, ceiling fan, patio doors to sun terrace.
Shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror.
Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and ample crockery, glasses etc.
Sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, side table with flatscreen cable TV providing all major UK and international channels, Bluetooth wireless speaker (for use with smartphones, iPads etc) fireplace and sliding patio doors through to sun terrace.
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned before each rental and additional maid service can be arranged at additional cost if required. Beach towels are not provided but can be arranged through our agent if required.

Due to the steps on the urbanisation and the 8 steps leading to the property itself, our apartment may not be suitable for the very elderly or guests with mobility problems.
Outside there is a large sun terrace and private garden with a covered dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. There are two sun loungers and a further table and two chairs. For shade there is a sun awning and parasols. Electric and charcoal barbecues.

Notes on prices
Although a minimum booking of 7 nights is preferred, shorter stays can sometimes be accommodated so please do ask. Also, a discount can be given for stays of more than 4 weeks, although electricity will then be charged for separately. Prices are based on a maximum of 4 people sharing. The apartment is not suitable for any more than 4 guests.
Usually Saturday/Sunday but will try and be as flexible as possible so please do enquire if you have a preferred alternative day.
All bookings to be made via email where possible and will be confirmed when a deposit of £100 is received. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure.

About the area
Burriana is the closest beach and this can be reached within 10 minutes by foot or in a few minutes by car. There are some spectacular, near deserted beaches within 20 minutes drive away or more traditional resort beaches in Nerja or in nearby Torrox.
There are two full golf courses within driving distance of the property. The nearest is near Torre del Mar, a 20 minute drive away.
Skiing is available during the winter season in Granada, less than 2 hours away. You can ski in the morning and be on the beach in Nerja in the afternoon!
How to get there
The nearest airport is Malaga which is about a 45 minute drive away. Alternatively Granada airport is about 1½ hours away.
The centre of Nerja is about 1 mile away on a very pleasant, fairly level walk. There is a huge car park in the centre of Nerja if you wish to drive, or alternatively there are a number of taxi points around Oasis to make using a taxi easier. The beautiful white pueblo village of Frigliana is about 6 miles away and from there you can drive across the spectacular mountains to Torrox, a further 5 miles. The nearest supermarket is Supersol, a 10 minute walk.
Nerja is a beautiful town which provides everything you could wish for in a holiday. There are numerous beaches, the most famous and closest to the apartment being Burriana, where you will find traditional Spanish beach side restaurants and a whole range of further international bars and restaurants. In the centre of Nerja is the Balcon de Europa where you can watch the sunset over a cerveza or vino or cocktail in one of the many bars or restaurants.

Thank you to the owner (Paul) for a wonderful stay at this property. We have been visiting Nerja for 12 years & this was our 3rd year at Oasis da Capistrano. We love this property - it's surprisingly cool in the heat of the Spanish summer which is so important to me & my family. The property has everything you need - more than the usual holiday home. Paul was extremely helpful and polite in answering all my queries prior to our stay - this was very much welcomed. We plan to return next year.

We were very impressed from the start when we seen this villa on-line. The owner (Paul) was first class with providing us with information, and very helpful with any questions we had. The villa was very clean and tidy, the gardens was amazing and had all the equipment / facilities you could ask for. This place was perfect. The villa is situated on a private complex, the gardens was very well kept, and you always felt safe. This place is well worth a visit and I fully recommend you stay here! We have a young son and he loved his holiday! Great holiday villa 5 Star esp for the money!

"An idyllic piece of paradise"
My partner and I have been coming to Nerja for 11 years and have stayed in other properties at Oasis de Capistrano. This is the nicest property we have stayed in, and we continue to return here. It has quality furnishings, is well maintained with a beautiful garden and nothing seems to be too much trouble for Paul. Unlike other rental apartments it is not spartan but homely in a very special way making you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. We like to eat out in Nerja and the location means that it is very easy to walk to most of the restaurants without the need for a car. As well as being situated in immaculate grounds in a quiet complex there is also a lovely pool. Thank you Paul for such a wonderful place to stay with the personal touch from you.

"Perfect holiday rental........."
We stayed at the beautiful apartment 4th-11th May. We were a couple with an 8 month old baby. From the outset from enquiry / booking / details, the owner Paul was so easy to deal with and very informative advising on local sights and restaurants. The apartment occupies a great position within the development, close enough to parking and the swimming pools. We hired a car and from Malaga the apartment from the directions were very easy. The development has great tended gardens and swimming pools which didnt get busy at all during our stay. The apartment is well equipped with all mod cons and we felt provided some great extra touches which for us made it a more enjoyable stay. For example the kitchen utensils provided were high quality Brabantia, wine glasses of excellent quality, terracotta tapas bowls, towels and bedding provided of very good quality. There was also a plethora of added extras such as cool box, 2x bbqs, umbrellas for the beach which were available to use and many other items that help reduce any additional holiday costs. The garden for us was a real bonus and doesn't disappoint. The garden and patio gets all-day sun, yet there is shade if required. For anyone visiting Nerja the town is highly recommended with some great people watching and restaurants etc. The apartment provides a great base for exploring the area or perfect for those wishing to do very little on holiday! This was our fourth year renting an apartment via owners direct and this apartment is the best we have stayed in yet. We will definately book again in the future

"A wonderful two weeks!"
Have just returned from a lovely, relaxing two week break at this wonderful,well equipped and comfortable holiday property. Paul has been superb in his prompt responses and helpful advice. The property is gorgeous! A beautiful, colourful private garden with its own lemon tree.The complex has two stunning swimming pools and children's splash pool all set in exotic, fragrant gardens. We loved the variety of places to visit. A trip to the mountains near Granada is a must! The lovely beach near Maro with the kayaks available to hire. The Caves just outside Nerja are jaw dropping! All in all, the choice of lots to do very near by or just relax on the beach! We will definitely be going back.

My partner and I are from London but are currently living in Dallas, USA with our 2 year old mini-schnauzer called Lola!

Why this location?
We originally bought a very old townhouse in nearby Torrox and fell in love with the area. However, maintaining such an old property from a distance became difficult and we therefore sold it and bought this apartment on Oasis, a development that we had always admired. The apartment is lovely and quiet, although very close to the beach and to the centre of Nerja. It meant that we could walk to nearby restaurants rather than worrying about using the car. A recent job promotion for my partner meant a move to America and so started to rent to guests in 2011.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The property is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens full of tropical flowers and plants that look wonderful all year. It also has a private garden, making it ideal for those with young children and with the two swimming pools, a bar and a restaurant within the grounds, you really don't have to leave or go far if you don't want to. It is an extremely relaxing place to stay!
