Beach Lodge, Oceanview & Hartland View are part of Hartland House Apartments which are in one of the best locations in Woolacombe, just across the road from Woolacombes famous 3 miles of sandy beach with stunning views of the beach and sea from all 3 properties. As soon as you enter any one of these properties you know you have chosen the perfect place to stay for a beach life holiday. We are sorry but dogs are not allowed in any of our properties due to the terms of our lease.

Accommodation description

Oceanview Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms)

Oceanview is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom en-suite has a king size bed and tv and looks out onto the beach and sea, what better way to start your day with a nice cup of tea and enjoy the view. The double bedroom en-suite is at the back of the apartment and is locked when taken as the 2 bedroom option. The bunk bedroom also looks out over the beach and sea. There is a large family bathroom with white modern suite which includes, bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. The open plan living, dining and kitchen have been tastefully furnished with every convenience including wi-fi, dvd, cd, flat screen t.v and play station 2. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, toaster and much more. There is a lovely outdoor communal area for guests use only, perfect place to relax with loungers, chairs and tables and also looks out onto the beach and sea.

Accessibility
Hartland View and Oceanview are on the first floor of Hartland House so there are a few stairs to climb. Once in the apartments you are on one level.
Beach Lodge is a house and although there are 2 en-suite bedrooms downstairs the master bedroom, main living, dining and kitchen area are upstairs.

Outside
There is a lovely communal area overlooking the beach and sea with a large table and chairs for dining "alfresco". A surf board store and mini beach hut for putting your beach items in for the guests of Oceanview and sunloungers to while away the day if you prefer not to visit the beach. Hartland View has a mini beach hut for storing your beach items in and has full use of the lovely outdoor communal area. Beach Lodge has 2 balconies with a table and 4 chairs on each balcony, both look out to the beach and sea. Beach Lodge also has full use of the communal area.

Important notes on accommodation

Beach Lodge, Oceanview & Hartland View provide bedlinen and towels which includes 1 bath towel and hand towel per person. You will need to bring your own beach towels if required. Wi-Fi is available in all 3 properties. A travel cot, high chair and clothes airer are provided in all 3 properties. There is parking for 1 car only for each property but if you need an extra space we will do our best to accommodate. Notes on prices
Above prices are for the 3 bedroom option on Oceanview and Beach Lodge, if you require 2 bedrooms only then please contact us for the price and any further information. Hartland View is a 2 bedroom property but if you need to sleep more than 4 people there is a sofa bed in the lounge which if required is charged at an extra 45 per week to sleep up to 6 people. Short breaks are only taken out of season and are subject to availability, please contact us for further information and prices.

Changeover day
Oceanview is a Friday changeover. Hartland View and Beach Lodge are both a Saturday changeover. Arrival time is from 3pm and departure time is before 10am on all 3 properties. Changeover days are flexible out of season.

Booking notes
25% deposit is needed to confirm a booking. Balance is payable 2 months prior to the start date of the holiday. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

"Fantastic "

This was a fantastic property for a family holiday with wonderful views of the beach. It was a lovely modern apartment, well equipped and very clean. It has a dedicated parking space which is really useful. The owner was great - very friendly and helpful and left some welcome treats for our arrival including a teddy bear! It was a lovely area with some great restaurants within walking distance. We had a very relaxing family holiday in Oceanview and would recommend it to families with young or older children.

We have been to Woolacombe many times but this is the best property we have stayed in.

The views are stunning and we don't want to go home.

A real home from home with all the added extras, we will be back.

About the Owner

We have been holidaying here in lovely Woolacombe for over 29 years and finally bought our our own apartment "Oceanview"in 2007 which has stunning views of the beach and sea. We then decided as our young family had grown up and were leading their own lives it was time for us to make a permanent move to Woolacombe which we did in 2009. Since then we have started up Woolacombe Beach Holidays and are very pleased to be able to offer you 5 lovely seafront properties including Blue Pebbles which is a lovely house with a balcony and large outdoor terrace both of which overlook the sea!! We live here in Woolacombe so are on hand should you need anything. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and all our properties are kept to a very high standard.

Why this location?

We bought Oceanview and Beach Lodge because we love the area and the location of our 2 properties is second to none. The 3 mile stretch of sandy beach is across the road and the Tourist Information Centre is next door. Hartland View available 2013. My husband I live here in Woolacombe so if you need anything while you are here we are only too happy to help. Woolacombe is a lovely friendly village where families and couples can come and enjoy a beach life holiday with lovely coastal walks and beautiful surrounding areas. The village has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, post office, newsagent, bank to name but a few. We feel very lucky to live here and hope you will feel the same while you are here on holiday and hopefully return as many of our guests do year after yea

What are the unique benefits of the property?

Blue Pebbles is perfect for a family or couples who want to enjoy beach life. The main beach is manned by life guards during the main season and is perfect for swimming, surfing and body boarding. The stunning coastal walks are on your doorstep so need to get the car out. After a day out walking, exploring, visiting our lovely area or on the beach it's nice to come back to the comfort of a home from home so that you can relax and enjoy watching our beautiful sunsets while sitting out on the balcony or lovely large terrace. A stroll along the waters edge first thing in the morning or at the end of the day is a must. Blue Pebbles is a short walk along the seafront to the village of Woolacombe with all its bars, restaurants and shops.
