Le Petit Lapin has a fantastic central location, overlooking the town park. Nendaz has a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars as well as various summer and winter amenities including tennis courts, swimming pool and ice rink - all minutes from the front door. The chalet benefits from a private garden with outdoor dining area, garage and large boot room with separate laundry room. This home from home has a real log fire, satellite TV, DVD player.
2 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with 2 single beds.
1 large family room, either made up as double with seating area or suitable for 2 adults and 2 children sleeping accommodation.
The first floor bathroom serves the 2 double bedrooms and has a bath and shower. The family bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped. The kitchen benefits from granite worktops, cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & Nespresso maker.
Located off the large bootroom, the laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes drying area, iron & ironing board and butler sink.
A two-zone seating, around the real log fire/stove and a separate TV area with satellite TV and DVD player. Double doors open to the large balcony with views towards Tracouet.
At the entrance to the property can be found the large boot room which has plenty of storage for outdoor clothes, shoes and skiing/snowboarding kit. The boot room has seats and a sofa to prepare for your day out. The laundry room is off the boot room.
All towels & linens are included. The chalet is cleaned before and after your stay. For longer bookings additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

The chalet is in the centre of the village and very easily accessible. Snow clearance is provided in winter and therefore the drive will always be cleared. It is possible to walk pretty much everywhere form the chalet.
Private garden accessed on two sides form the kitchen/dining area via large glass sliding doors. Patio area to the front with garden furniture and BBQ and grass area to the side and rear. Very large balcony form double doors in the lounge, perfect for a quiet late night drink.
Important notes on accommodation
The chalet is strictly non-smoking but pets can be arranged on request. Please use the bootroom for all outdoor shoes and clothes, especially ski-wear. We hope you enjoy our home, please treat it as you would your own. A holding deposit of CHF500 will be taken for any unfortunate damage and will be returned before you leave by our agent at your check-out.

Notes on prices
Prices are quoted per week in Swiss Francs. Prices include all cleaning. Also, all electricity etc is included. If you would like anything extra included or arranged to be at the chalet on your arrival (groceries etc) please let us know and we will do our best to help. Discount available for any bookings over 2 weeks.
Saturday is the changeover day, but as always give us a call and we will see if we can meet your requirements.
Please email us for any questions you may have, we are happy to help and hopefully book our chalet for you! All bookings will require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and payment in full 12 weeks before your holiday. We take an extra CHF500 deposit that our Agent (friend) will return before you leave at your check-out. Tourist Tax is not included (CHF2 per person per day) and I am afraid must be paid locally at the Tourist Office by all visitors.

About the area
Local outdoor swimming pool is only a few minutes walk away (June to October).
Additionally there is swimming in the beautiful beach like lake at Les Illes, situated at the case of the mountain in Aproz (15 min drive).
Golf courses can be found in Sion, Sierre and Crans Montana to name just a few.
The main ski lift in Nendaz is within easy walking distance, no need to use the car. The ski area in Nendaz has an excellent kids school (Neige Aventure +41 27 288 3131) and lovely blue and red runs. From Nendaz you can easily access the entire 4 valleys of Thyon, Veysonnaz, Nendaz and Verbier.
Special Interest Holidays
In the summer months there are children's adventure classes including mountain biking, rock climbing and archery to name a few. Also, well worth a visit is the natural hot spa pools at Bains de Saillon. Mountain walks are easily made flat and accessible for young children as they run alongside the anglo saxon irrigation systems (bisse walks). Alternatively, challenge yourself with the mountain biking of the Tour de Mont Fort! (also accessible for children)
How to get there
Drive from Geneva airport in approx 1 hour 45 minutes. Or jump on the train to Sion and get a taxi from the station to Nendaz, Taxi Praz +41 79 409 3215. Once you are here you can easily survive without a car.
A few minutes walk to everywhere. Sion is a 20-30 min drive down the mountain. Siviez, for direct Verbier ski lifts is a 10-15 minute drive.

About the Owner
We discovered Nendaz in 2005 and instantly loved it. We had our chalet built later that year and have spent many great family weeks and months there since. Nendaz is great for all ages, couples and families, there really is something for everyone. We have made some great friends in Nendaz and you really will be made to feel welcome there.

Quiet village and great chalet location. Excellent ski areas for all and superb summer activities and walking.
