Spend the day soaking up the sun on your own private terrace or garden area or stunning resort beach or many private pools or relaxation gardens with waterways and fountains, ensuring a tranquil and harmonious setting. There are a couple of local restaurants close by and also a complimentary private boat which takes approx 30 mins to Gulluk which is a colourful fishing town with a marina and hosts an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, bars and al fresco eateries. Alternatively a 25 min drive from Gulluk is buzzing Bodrum with its castle, night life, designer shopping, street markets and great cuisine.

The apartment is located at the highest point of the slope and is not suitable for people with poor mobility or wheelchair users. Access to the ground floor is by stairwells or sloping road and will take at least 10 mins to walk. Courtesy car lifts to the ground floor, boat or apartment are easily arranged by contacting a member of staff by phone, text or in person.
There is a choice of 7 large swimming pools, 2 x jacuzzis and 6 x children's pools, spread around the resort. The nearest swimming pool is down one stairwell (very close). In addition there are newly planted landscaped gardens and relaxation areas all around the resort. Next to the children's activity area situated on the ground floor there is a large seating area for communal activity. The management office is located on the ground floor with English and Turkish speaking staff.
Important notes on accommodation
A panoramic sea view, 24 hours gated security, air-conditioning is standard. The sofa bed settee makes into a large double bed. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 people. Please note the WIFI is not available in the apartment but can be used around the communal pool area on the ground floor.

About the area
The resort has a small beach with restaurant within walking distance and very close to a private beach 5 mins by courtesy car or take the boat to Gulluk and visit the small beach in Gulluk which is only 60 metre walk from Rose Garden. The scenery is stunning and Gulluk bay is enchanting or hire a car or take a Dolmus bus from Gulluk to explore the many glorious beaches on the Turquoise Coast which is famous for its natural beauty.
Vita Park is situated 15 mins drive from Gulluk.
How to get there
There are 2 ways of getting to the resort from Bodrum Milas airport depending on flight times. The nicest way is by private boat, this involves getting a taxi from airport to Gulluk, 15 mins, the boat will take 30 mins transfer to resort and you will be greeted and transported to your apartment, or if outside of boat times, a 40 min taxi transfer from the airport around the coast roads. Car hire is not essential. Taxis are available 24 hours. Please contact us for further details.

Liyikislacik village - 2 km - has grocery stores and wonderful fish restaurant.
Gulluk is a fishing town that has developed around three bays. It has numerous bars and restaurants, inexpensive Dolmus services surrounding areas run from the bus station. The area is renowned for diving and sailing. Also boat trips from Gulluk to outlying bays are available at reasonable daily rates with fishing, swiming, snorkelling, jet skiing and windsurfing an option. By night you can experience the excellent local restaurants overlooking Gulluk harbour. They offer every type of food and the quality is excellent. You can have a stroll along the promenade and during the summer months venture out on an evening cruise. A number of restaurants provide entertainment and dancing in the evening.
Alternatively, Bodrum is dominated by its medieval castle and large yacht marina. There are also many exclusive shops, restaurants and night clubs. Bodrum does not sleep and has the largest open air nightclub in Europe Halikarna where you can dance the night away. A short ferry ride will take you to the Greek island of Kos.
There are numerous Roman remains at Lasos which is across the bay from Gulluk. Ephesus is located some 140 km north. On the way Euromos can be visited, with its temple of Zeus, and Herakleia, with its temple of Athena and long city walls. On a hill high above Milas is Labranda, a site once dedicated to Zeus.

"Lemon grove apartment Horizon Sky"
Really enjoyed the holiday but I would go later in the month or beginning of May when the season is up and going.The apartment is excellent has all the facilities we needed.Well designed and clean and tidy.The TV did not have a good reception.Loved the views from the apartment looking over the bay.The pool area nice and spacious but there was no facilities bar,restaurant to get food drinks breakfast lunch.There was a supermarket outside the complex with limited supplies but it would be good in complex to have a bar to get to know and socialise with fellow holiday makers.Enjoyed the bar at the beach for lunch and drinks.The boat to Gulluk was most enjoyable and relaxing and had a good chat and laughs with fellow holiday makers.Gulluk was a friendly village enjoyed Broken Barrels pub Joe and Berkay were lovely.Berkay made a delicious cocktail for my birthday.All in all would definitely come back, just later in season.Highly recommended

We have a 3 bedroom villa in Dalaman Turkey, it is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by stunning scenery and overlooking a lake. Life on the mountain is tranquil, there is a fabulous mountain restaurant, horse riding, boat trips, fishing, white water rafting, canoeing and jeep safaris. TK1289. We also have a one bedroom luxury apartment with breathtaking views of the bay of Gulluk. This is a totally different holiday experience. The resort offers a sanctuary from the stresses of modern day life. There are many private pools, relaxations gardens, waterways and fountains. The nearest beach is 5 mins drive away. A complimentary water taxi will take you to Gulluk where there are numerous restaurants and shops. TK2614.
