Quiet street and community is guarded by 24/7 by patroling security ensuring a safe holiday.

    Notes on prices
    30% deposit on booking 70% final payment 8 weeks prior to arrival Bank transfers, cheques, and in some late bookings cash on arrival accepted. (Please note deposits are non refundable)

    Changeover day
    Due to the rise in flight prices and luggage excess we are trying to be more flexible. Normally we take rentals from Saturday to Saturday but out of season (From September to July) we take rentals on flexible days of arrival and departure.

    Booking notes
    At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 30% of the total cost of the property. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If you arrange your holiday within 8 weeks of travelling then full payment is due with your booking. We require a damage deposit of £500 payable on arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to there not being any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.

    The villa is situated on the very edge of Mijas golf course, which comprises two 18 hole championship courses, Los Olivos (18 hole par 72) and Los Lagos (18 hole par 71) Los Lagos has wide fairways and greens with lots of water hazards. Los Olivos is a tighter course and more strategic, both courses are available to our clients at discounted rates providing they have a valid HCP 28 or under. A short walk will take you to the clubhouse were you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, BBQ dinner, or a drink at their bar. Just a short drive away you can venture off and enjoy fantastic golf courses like, Santa Golf, Las Brisas, Aloha, Rio Real, Sotogrande, Valderrama, etc. All our clients enjoy discounted golf rates throughout the coast and some of the best car hire prices available.

    The world famous Sierra Nevada is only a short 1 hour and a half drive away, we can arrange your hotel or apartment rental, we suggest clients venture off for a day to remember or a few days skiing.

    How to get there
    Malaga airport is just 20 minutes away, approx. 25 kms away.
    Gibraltar airport is just 60 minutes away, approx 90 kms away.
    We recommend car hire as essential unless you purely want to relax on the complex and take taxis. Taxis are quite cheap and just cost 15 euros to local Fuengirola, 45 euros from the airport, Marbella 50.00 euros.

    From Malaga airport to the villa there is a journey of around 25 mins drive from the airport. You are situated equidistant between Malaga and Marbella.

    Many of the holiday resorts, La Cala, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella are only a short drive away, with the gateway to the Mediterranean Gibraltar only one hours drive. All these resorts are suitable for all ages, having good amenities and can offer excellent beaches restaurants bars and nightlife, with shopping centres that include stores, hypermarkets and traditional Spanish markets.
