    "A hidden gem"

We booked this accommodation last minute and were really surprised when we saw the cottage as the website doesn't do it justice. This little gem of a cottage is in a fantastic location - close to shops, restaurants and cinema or just a short drive away from the Lake District hills and mountains.

    "rowan cottage"

Really enjoyed our stay at rowan cottage, we visited the lakes before with the family and enjoyed it, but must stay the central but quite location of thiz poperty was excellent. It is convient to all the attractionz, town centre and some of the best restaurants. We have three young kids and were just beside the beatrix potter exbition and cinema. The kids loved all the walks, playgrounds and huge range of activities. The house was great they loved been so close to everything and not having to travel e erywhere in the car. The house was very clean well maintained and will be going back to this house. What a treat cant wait for may.

    "Fantastic accomodation, great location"

We could not fault Rowan Cottage. The property itself is beautifully presented, not a cushion out of place. The facilities are excellent, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more, the broadband was fast, the furniture top quality. Everything was clean and tidy, and felt very cosy and welcoming. The location is perfect, everything you need is onyour doorstep. Credit to the owners for maintaining it to the highest standard. We would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
