3 bedroom lake-view villa at Southern Dunes golf and country club which is available for you and your family to rent. Once you have experienced a luxury villa vacation we feel sure you won’t want to go back to a cramped hotel – especially when the price you pay is for the villa – not per person! This home with private pool benefits from an outstanding plot overlooking a lake in this secure, gated golf estate close to Disney and all the central Florida attractions. Shops and restaurants are close by and there is a 24 hour Walmart within walking distance from the main gates. New free wireless broadband internet access included. Southern Dunes - A great golfing holiday location close to Disney. Southern Dunes is situated on highway 27, close to interstate 4 and highway 192. We are close to shops, restaurants and of course the theme parks. The beautiful gulf coast beaches are only 90 minutes drive away.

Fantastic Stay

What a lovely villa! Clean and perfect for our family of 4, lovely pool over looking a lake in this gated community. 1 min drive from supermarkets and fast food restaurants. We opted to cook in the villa and the local Walmart was well stocked. The parks are only 40 minutes away with a straight forward route to each. The rooms were clean and spacious with an en suite to master and access directly onto the pool. I would strongly recommend this villa and would love to return in the future. Fantastic.

Absolutely perfect villa

Could not fault this Villa. Booking process very straight forward. Villa is located in a lovely gated golf community 25 minutes from Downtown Orlando with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Will def be back!

The property is great.

It's a bit further away from the disney resorts so there arnt hundreds of tourists here. He resort is lovely clean and feels safe. A great base for orlando.

Brilliant villa, ideal location

My family and i stayed in this villa in september last year. We booked it through thomas cook. All i can say is that it felt like home. All the amenities needed for a family of four, on holiday from england. Villa was very clean on arrival, lovely position right next to the little lake. Short drives to the attractions. As i said it really felt like home for 2 weeks. Would highly recommend and would definately book through owners direct next time. 5*

I live in England with my wife, our daughter and our pet labrador. For many years we have enjoyed visiting Florida so we decided to buy our own villa there. We try to visit as often as we can (not often enough!) and the rest of the time we rent out the villa.

Why they chose this property

We stayed at Southern Dunes one time and loved the location and ambience. The golf course is picturesque and there is a nice feel about the place. So we decided to buy a villa on the estate and we opted to pay for a premium location with a lake view from the pool as we prefer not to be overlooked.
The location is great for us because it is close enough to the attractions so that they are easy to reach and yet you feel you have escaped the crowds when you reach Southern Dunes.

What makes this property unique

Of course we love the pool and the location with the view over the lake. We enjoy nothing better than sitting out in the morning or the evening enjoying the views - and the weather (usually!).
Its nice to go for walks around the golf course or visit the clubhouse and you can wander over to Walmart if you need anything.
