Prices are for a week. Short breaks are available at last minute and out of season. We offer reduced rates for 2-4 people.
Friday changeover but flexible in off peak season.

About the area
5 minutes drive (20 minutes walk through fields) to safe, sandy beach at Crackington Haven. A great choice of beaches within easy reach. Bude beaches 15 minutes drive, secluded Strangles beach is 8 minutes drive plus 15 minutes walk, Widemouth bay is 12 minutes drive along the coast road.
Seaside golf course at Bude (8 miles) and St Enodoc, Rock (15 miles).
Country golf course at Camelford (8 miles).

Exeter Airport 68 miles.
Bristol Airport 128 miles.
Plymouth Ferry port 55 miles.
Car hire (use of car) is essential.
Local bus services can be picked up 10 minutes walk from Mealhouse.
2 miles to Crackington Haven, 9 miles to Bude 6 miles to Boscastle, 10 miles to Tintagel, 20 miles to Padstow, 15 miles to Port Isaac.
Further afield, the Eden Project is an hour's drive and Land's End is approximately 2 hours drive.
Whilst it is perfectly feasible to forget the car for a week, no doubt guests will want to explore the varied attractions that Cornwall offers most of which are within an hour's drive.
There are numerous National Trust properties, the Eden Project at St Austell, lovely gardens, the wild, atmospheric beauty of Bodmin moor, the picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac and bustling Padstow, sandy beaches and secluded coves, inland market towns, sleepy villages with ancient churches, the New Tate at St Ives and smaller art galleries everywhere, hassle-free shopping in Cornwall's only city of Truro, purchase sought after surf wear in nearby Bude and Newquay, visit King Arthur's ruined cliff-top castle at Tintagel or the highly-acclaimed newly opened Falmouth Maritime Museum.
Golf, squash, tennis, surfing, wind-surfing, canoeing, rock-climbing, horse-riding, ten-pin bowling, paint-balling, course-fishing and sea-fishing, cycle-hire, two cinemas, an all-weather family adventure park etc are available within half an hour.
Shopping: there is a well-stocked village shop and off-license less than a mile away at Higher Crackington and there are a choice of shops and supermarkets in Bude.
