    Important notes on accommodation

    This Portuguese villa was designed over two levels included all the gardens separate apartment at ground level has own entrance. There are mosquito screens at all windows. There is a closed car park at the front of the villa. Children are most welcome. Security and privacy was thoughtfully designed within its layout.

    Extra prices for: SEPERATE APARTMENT at ground level EXTRA € 175,- per week. Use air-conditioning masterbedroom € 25,- per week. Pool heating if required € 75,- per week. Wi-Fi internet with own laptop possible. Unlimited use of internet € 15,- per week. Maid service once a week included. Final cleaning 45 euro. Prices from 19-12-2015 till 02-01-2016 on demand.

    Changeover day
    Changeover day can be discussed. Arrival after 16.00 pm. and departure before 10.00 am. If possible these times can be set to flight times clients.

    Booking notes
    Please contact owner for booking details. Deposit is required after confirmation availability, client will receive contract and all other information to complete booking. Deposit 30% is non refundable. The balance 70 % of rent has to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. The refundable damage deposit 250 euro will be returned about 1.5 week after inspection manager, maid.

    Coast/Beach
    The very authentic Alvor with traditional fishing heritage is at walking distance. This town at sea dominates the river with opening into the Ocean. Here you find boulevard, terraces, cafes and restaurants. Near harbour area you can choose activities such as dolphins sea safari trips, deep sea fishing, sailing and boat trips. Here you will find the lovely beaches of Meia Praia with dunes and cliffs with many believe to be 20 best of the world.

    Golf
    For golf aficionados there are excellent golf courses nearby (10 minutes drive), such as the famous Penina Golf Course and well known Alto Club. At 30 minutes drive you find Palmares and Bella Vista to the West, Morgado to the North and several at Carvoeiro to the East.

    How to get there
    Faro is the nearest airport. 40 Minutes drive along the motorway IP1 to the villa.

    Alvor at walking distance and beaches 5 minutes by car or free bus. Market and fishing port Portimão 6 km, Monchique and top peak of Foia are at 40 minutes drive, West coast beaches and Cape St Vincent near Sagres 50 minutes drive. 30 Minutes to Zoo, Water World and Algarves biggest shopping mall.

    Further Details
    In Alvor you find bank, chemist, supermarkets and private hospital. Big hypermarkets within 10 minutes drive to Portimão. Fishing and coastal sightseeing boat trips may be arranged along the quay in Alvor and Portimão.
