About this property

Albir is a popular holiday resort situated close to Altea on Spain's Costa Blanca It has grown from a small community in the last few years into a great holiday destination. Albir beach is pebbly with clear water and has been awarded the blue flag of the European Community for the quality of its water. The esplanade attracts everybody for pleasant strolls along the seafront. Albir offers plenty of bars and restaurants with live music and entertainment in the evenings so there is usually something for everyone to enjoy. Res Estibaliz is a private residential community based in town centre but with secure gardens and pool providing a peaceful environment for your holiday. The pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard providing comfortable areas for sun bathing and swimming. The lovely beach is a mere 10 min stroll away past the shops and restaurants in this peaceful cosmopolitan town. Wonderful views of the mountain ranges are provided on one of the balconies.

Nice apartment

Apartment very central to supermarkets cafes and shops. The back of the Apartment looks on to a main road. It was extremely hot while we were there so if we had the windows and patio door open, it was very noisy. We did have very good air con but we felt it unfair to have it on all the time. Apart from that a pleasant stay

Everything You Need

great little duplex and clean and has everything you need for a holiday in Albir. Great Location too. The information Martin provides is first class. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the swimming pool was under maintenance for the whole week we were there and we didn’t know about it, for some it may not have been an issue but i would have used it for some cold water immersion! otherwise great stay and would book again thanks

Ideal touring base

bijou but ideally suited to all the local transport links. this area has no links to long range transport except for aircraft but everything necessary is within car, bus or bicyle ride this is the 7th stay we have holidayed in the area and the constant return tells it's own story

As a kid we holidayed in Spain every year and eventually we got used to the spanish way of life.

I love the pool and most days it is like having your own pool in your garden.

We eat out every night as the restaurants are very good and reasonbly priced.

Over the years we have many fun packed holidays in Albir watching our kids grow up and meeting many good friends.

Why they chose this property

We bought the apartment due to all the family loving the sea and sun and thought we would benefit over the years having somewhere of our own.

albir has good warm temperature all year round and is central to all major towns and villages for exploring.
