Situated on small family farm, off a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles to thriving town of Inverurie. Excellent links via road(A96) and rail to Aberdeen (30 minutes), and West to Elgin and Inverness. Well placed for the North Aberdenshire and Moray coasts, with their beaches, harbour villages and golf courses, and for the castle and whisky trails of Deeside and Speyside.

Bedroom 2 upstairs gallery bedroom with twin single beds.
Travel cot available.
Shower room on ground floor with double size power shower.

Not suitable for wheelchair users, but all accommodation, except gallery bedroom, on ground floor with level access from car parking to door.

Changeover day will preferably be Saturday but we are flexible on this. Short breaks of 3 or more days are welcomed.
A completed and signed booking form, together with a 30% deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance due 21 days before arrival. Booking and conditions forms will be e-mailed on request to be downloaded and completed. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
About the area
Aberdeen, Balmedie, Newburgh beaches and sand dunes are all 30 minutes by car. The North Aberdeenshire and Moray Firth coast has a mixture of safe sandy beaches, coastal paths and harbour villages, all between 30-60 minutes drive from the accommodation.
Inverurie 2 miles, Oldmeldrum, Insch, Kemnay, Kintore within 8 miles. Aberdeen, Deeside and numerous courses to the West and on the North and Moray coast all within an hours drive.
How to get there
Aberdeen airport (Dyce) 15 miles. Inverurie, on A96 and with a mainline railway station is 2 miles. A car is recommended.
Inverurie, town with full range of shops, restaurants, pubs, swimming pool, indoor bowling etc 2 miles.
Aberdeen city, European oil capital 19 miles.
Inverness, capital of the Highlands, 78 miles on A96 or by rail from Inverurie.
Coastal villages of North and Moray coast 30-60 minutes by car
