The Coach House is a contemporary cottage within a minute's walk from the centre of Burford and its many pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. The spacious living accommodation is open plan, and includes the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. There are double doors to a private courtyard area with furniture and barbecue. A, modern hideaway in the midst of this medieval Cotswold town, the Coach House is perfectly placed for visiting other idyllic Cotwold villages and the surrounding countryside.
Spacious master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and flat screen TVs. Sofa bed in the downstairs living area. Travel cot and high chair available on request.
Family bathroom on the upper floor with bath and power shower over, wc, basin. Modern, high quality fittings.
Separate downstairs wc, basin.
Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 stools, cooker, halogen hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
No utility room.
Open plan living room with leather sofa, double sofa bed, Sky TV with full movie/sports package, wireless broadband. Small dining table and 4 chairs.
All bedlinen and towels provided. The property is cleaned before each tenancy and linen changed weekly for more than one week's stay.

The price of the Cottage is based on four sharing. There may be additional cost for extra beds and or cots.
The changeover day is flexible, but Friday is preferred.
A 50% deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

About the area
The Coach House is half a mile from Burford Golf Club which takes greenfee paying non-members on weekdays. Wychwood, Chipping Norton, Witney Lakes all a short drive away and will accept visiting players at weekends. It is recommended to book tee times in advance at Wychwood and Witney.

Add to this a number of cafes/coffee shops and you should not go hungry. Local shops cater for a variety of interest from antiques to fashion and country pursuits. A Budgens convenience store covers the needs of self-caterers, but there are Waitrose and Sainsburys stores in Witney and Tesco in Stow.
The Cotswolds boast many miles of footpaths for ramblers as well as cycle route, both on and off road. The Cotswold Water Park provides a variety of water sports and there is even a man-made beach. For families a “must visit” is the Cotswold Wildlife Park and Adam Henson’s (BBC Countryfile) Cotswold Farm Park.
