Separate dining room has open connection to living. Master bedroom, bathroom en-suite /kitchen are at same level. Two extra bedrooms and bathroom are at ground level. Both have sliding doors to garden and pool area.

    Complete modern kitchen fitted with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Fully fitted out with equipment, utensils and extras.

    Ironing board, iron and storage.

    Living Rooms:
    Very spacious lounge / dining room with sliding doors to covered terrace, open fire place, flat screen satellite HD TV including all UK channels, CD player and air condition installation master bedroom and living.

    Other:
    Air conditioning throughout master bedroom and living. There is a locked underground garage with tumble dryer for staff use only. Use of dryer on demand. Clients always may use washing machine.

    Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
    Towels and linen service once a week. Large beach/pool towels clients have to take care of their own.

    Important notes on accommodation

    The villa is designed over two levels also including the garden. There is a marble staircase down to two bedrooms and bathroom at ground level. There are mosquito screens on all the windows and doors. There is a closed car park to the villa. Children are most welcome. Security and privacy was thoughtfully designed within its layout. Villa was fully licensed (safety) in 2011

    Changeover day
    Change-over day can be discussed. Arrival after 16.00 hours and departure before 10.00 am. If possible these times can be set to flight times clients.

    Booking notes
    Please contact owner for booking details. Deposit is required after confirmation availability client will receive contract and all other information to complete your booking. Deposit 25% which is non refundable. The balance of rent is than payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Deposit returned about 1,5 week after inspection manager, maid.

    Coast/Beach
    The very authentic town Alvor with traditional fishing heritage is at walking distance. This town at sea dominates the river with opening into the Ocean. Here you find boulevard, terraces, cafes and restaurants. Near harbour area you can choose activities such as dolphins sea safari trips, deep sea fishing, sailing and boat trips. Here you find the lovely beaches of Meia Praia with dunes and cliffs which many believe to be 20 best of the world.

    Golf
    For golf aficionados are excellent golf courses nearby (10 minutes drive) such as the famous Penina Golf Course and well known Alto Club. At 30 minutes drive you find Palmares and Bella Vista to the West, Morgado to the North and several at Carvoeiro area to the East.

    How to get there
    Faro is the nearest airport. 40 minutes drive along the IP1 motorway to the villa.

    Distances
    Alvor at walking distance and beaches 5 minutes by car or free bus. Market and fishing port of Portimão 6 km, Monchique and top peak of Foia are at 40 minutes drive, West coast beaches and Cape St Vincent near Sagres 50 minutes drive, 30 minutes to Zoo and Water World.

    Further Details
    In Alvor you find bank, chemist, supermarket, private hospital. Big hypermarkets within 10 minutes drive to Portimão. Fishing and coastal sightseeing boat trips may be arranged along the quay front in Alvor and Portimão.
