This Beautiful Villa offers everything you can imagine of a holiday away from the typical tourist trail. Set in it's own orchard of an array of fruit trees, olive and almond groves, the mountain views which surround the villa are particularly stunning. The Villa has it's own larger than average private pool which is surrounded by mature palm trees. The area is perfect for walking or cycling or just relaxing by the pool and taking in the peaceful location. Inside, the tasteful décor has everything you will need to make your stay a memorable one. The local town of Albox is only a 5 minute drive and this quaint Spanish town holds a market on certain days and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. You can be at the nearest beach in 30 minutes and the nearest golf course is a short drive away. However you decide to spend your well earned holiday we are sure you will be enchanted by this beautiful Villa and it's setting.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful Villa. Belinda was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The villa is in a remote location where a car is definitely needed which was just what we were looking for :)

Lovely relaxing trip

Loved our stay at this house, the plot is really quite large, the pool was perfect for our two kids to jump in and out of all day and its very private, not at all over looked. We really appreciated the shaded area in the garden (this was really what sold us on the house) it was so nice to sit there and read or play board games in the shade with a nice breeze in from the mountains. Would say the pictures of the inside of the house don't really do it justice, we thought it would be tiny, and it looks tiny when you turn up, but actually its a bit like a tardis, so many bedrooms and bathrooms, this was more than enough space for us and the TV area is actually very cosy. Perhaps this is the norm for Spanish mainland properties, we have mostly holidayed in Turkey or on the islands, but we were so incredibly impressed to have wifi and netflix and all the TV stations, that was kind of game changing for us lol! Highly recommended. Defo need a car tho, everywhere is a drive. Perfect for us since we were looking to get away from everything.

Just like it looks in the photos.

We had a great time staying at this villa. The pool is a very good size. There are plenty of sun beds and places to sit and relax and it is completely private The air conditioning and fans are excellent so despite extremely high temperatures outside we were never uncomfortable. We were met by Louise and Steve who were very pleasant and responsive when we had a minor problem. The villa is very well-equipped on the whole. There are even books and adaptor plugs. You're about 40 mins to an hour away from most of the attractions we wanted to visit - beach, Almeria Alcazabar, Cartagena roman amphitheatre etc but actually we were often quite happy to stay at the villa and hang out by the pool. My tiny niggles would be that the kitchen could do with more cooking equipment and the bed in the main bedroom was a bit squeaky. However overall this was an excellent holiday and I would recommend this villa.

Great Property and Outdoor Space

We were met by Louise and Steve who were friendly and helpful and showed us the way to the villa. There was a plentiful welcome pack which was fortunate as we had forgotten supermarkets are closed on a Sunday. The pack contained enough for us to eat and drink well until the next day. The villa itself is clean, spacious and well furnished and equipped with plenty of bath and beech towels for use. However, it is the outdoor space which makes this place so special. It is a few minutes drive outside Albox and semi rural so not too isolated. The garden is beautiful and immaculate, the pool was clean and tempting. The pergola was perfect for any time of day from morning coffee to late night caps. We had intended to eat out most evenings but quickly changed our plans and choosing to remain at the villa, eating in the garden every evening. I had some communication with the owner and the responses were very quick and accommodating when we changed our plans last minute. We enjoyed it so much , we have already booked to go again in January.

We went in search of a piece of land that we could build a property to our own specification we found the peace and tranquillity of inland Almeria perfect. The plot was not over looked and we loved the privacy it offered, although not far from the social aspect when desired. The panoramic mountain views are fantastic. The easiness of the location of the villa is perfect, after a short flight and trip along the motorway you can be in the pool in no time at all, surrounded by the established palm trees, relaxing and indulging in the perfect setting, maybe a glass of wine on the patio or sunbathing on the roof terrace or exploring the magnificent orchard, whatever you desire from your holiday we are sure you will find it here.

What makes this property unique

Amazing panoramic views, not overlooked by any other property, peaceful but not far from the bustling town of Albox, crystal clear, larger than average swimming pool. pool, own orchard and electric private gates leading to driveway. Large furnished patio area and roof garden.
New for this year is a beautiful shaded area complete with rattan furniture and lighting, here you can sit and enjoy the stunning views day or night.
