We are a retired British couple called Malcolm and Marilyn and we arrived on Kefalonia 14 years ago for Malcolm, who is a civil engineer, to under take a building project. We have travelled and sailed extensively through the Caribbean, Bahamas and Mediterranean but felt Kefalonia was a lovely place to settle and build a Villa. We bought 2 acres of land with a wonderful view of Mount Aenos and set in a rural area near the enchanting village of Kerimies for our retirement home. We have since built another small villa for the summer months and now use Villa Grace as our winter home.
