Stunning villa set in the heart of Pernera, beautifully furnished throughout, it has its own family sized private pool with sun terrace, perfect for couples and families alike. The villa has an open plan living arrangement with dining table and chairs, leather sofa's, TV/DVD and local satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs leading out to a small balcony overlooking the pool. The villa has a family bathroom, a small ground floor WC and an outside shower. Outside there is a well maintained private pool, brick build BBQ and large wooden pergola to give shade during the summer months

Good location. 5 mins to beach. 10 min walk to centre of Pernera.

Lovely villa. Well maintained. Very clean. Ideal for couples and also for families with children. Good, very quiet location close to all amenities. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. WiFi not very good.

Villa was nice and clean and in a good position. Quiet area with just a short walk to all amenities. Had a very relaxing time. Would recommend.

stunning villa for the money great attention to home comforts i.e dvd's for all the family to watch

just in the right part of penera not too far away but far enough to be relaxing we will be looking at this villa again next year for sure.every little comfort was at hand.i.e washing machine water dispenser fridge freezer dvd and wifi very good paul well done thanking you so much g south

Ruhiger Urlaub in bester Lage

Der Empfang war freundlich und die Agentur steht jederzeit für Fragen oder Probleme zur Verfügung. In nächster Nähe sind viele Restaurants, trotz ruhiger Lage. Der Kalamiesbeach ist schön und nicht so voll wie die anderen Beaches. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Sogar der Eismann fährt bis vor die Haustür. Nur das Kücheninventar könnte zu Teilen erneuert werden. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub in der Villa.
