Step out the front door and you are in the heart of Chamonix's lively night life and a short walk from the Brevent ski slopes. Local shops, bars and restaurants are just a couple of minutes walk away but as the apartment is located at the end of the street and the bedroom faces the river it is pretty quiet. The apartment is full of character and charm and has been newly decorated and furnished with stylish furniture creating a bright and modern interior. From the balcony you can enjoy a sundowner with views of Mont Blanc and the full mountain range. The apartment has been designed to create maximum living space with high ceilings and exposed beams, it is an ideal holiday retreat in summer and winter.

Accommodation description

The bedroom has brand new furniture including a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, drawers and a hairdryer. The bedroom windows open out to the Arve river below from which you can watch white water rafters float by.

The bathroom is modern with a shower unit, washbasin and toilet.

The kitchen is separate to the living area and has an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster and ample cooking/dining ware for four people.

Living Rooms:
The lounge/dining area has french doors opening out onto a south facing balcony with seating for two. There is a double sofabed, armchair, wifi, TV with British satellite coverage, iPod player, wood burning fire and dining table and chairs for four.

Large walk-in cupboard by the entrance for skis, boots, luggage etc.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Linen and towels are provided, the apartment will be fully cleaned for your arrival.

Fridge, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine.

About the area

Chamonix has a very good 18 hole golf course 5 minutes drive from the centre.

Chamonix has a well deserved reputation for extreme skiing, but it also has 6 nursery slopes and lots of beginner/intermediate skiing.

How to get there
Geneva airport 1 hours drive away or transfer bus. Chamonix is 560 miles from Calais around 8 hours drive.
