About this property

This detached villa is superbly maintained to a very high standard by the owners. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the sea and the Montgo mountain being set amongst gently undulating pine clad hills leading to dramatic cliffs.

Set in well-maintained private gardens it has a fantastic10m pool with roman steps to the shallow end and catches the sun all day. The pool is alongside the Terracotta terrace which is perfect to keep an eye on your children or that quick dip in the pool. The lounge (with wonderful views) has comfortable seating, a small table next to the well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms all with full air conditioning, an attractive enclosed naya with dining table, as well as several outside terraces and a 'sun worshippers' balcony. Other terraces offer shade with plenty of comfortable dining (perhaps with the BBQ) and relaxing furniture. The sun terrace not only provides privacy for those sun worshippers but also panoramic views to the sea and the Montgo mountain.

The villa is served with cable television with all major channels in HD plus sports. There is also wireless wi-fi allowing excellent connection to the internet.

We would like to emphasise that we spend many weeks at the villa each year and have equipped it for our own use. We sincerely hope that you derive as much enjoyment from it as we do.

Villa is absolutely excellent. Have rented many villas in this area and this had the best views and sunset. On arrival the villa was even better than the pictures. Very well maintained and improved. Well equipped. Several seating areas. Superb pool. Car needed but park it outside the gate without issue. Azahar Restaurant a very easy couple of minute walk. Local Wimark supermarket has all your needs. Contact with the owners and the villa management was swift and excellent. Recommended.

Great stay

We enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks in this comfortable villa in a great area. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant and bar Azahar was so convenient and reasonable was an added bonus. All the living areas are upstairs which could have been an issue if we’d had mobility issues however we don’t but it’s useful to bear this in mind. Communication with Brian was always quick and response and he was able to advise us and help organise the best car hire service we’ve ever used, so many thanks for that and our lovely stay in your family villa Brian.

Beautiful Villa didn’t want to leave

The villa was clean and in good repair. The gardens were tidy and the BBQ was clean. The villa inside was clean and tidy. The tv and everything worked well. All lining and bedding was clean. The kitchen was well equipped fridge and cooker worked well. AC was very welcome as the heatwave was intense as was the lovely pool. Roof terrace was very nice for morning coffee with sea views. Area is quiet and feels safe. Supermarkets close by as was a couple of bars and restaurants. Brian was very prompt in communication when we had questions. Booking process was safe. Overall, a beautiful villa and we had an amazing time.

Fabulous villa

The process of booking this villa was simple and the owner has been more than accommodating - we had to postpone the booking two years running due to covid! When we finally got to enjoy our holiday, the villa was all that we could have hoped for. Lovely clean villa with an excellent pool and outdoor area. We have stayed in lots of villas overseas and this has been the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had. Everything you could need to cook up a feast. A few bars and restaurants in walking distance and only a 5 minute drive to the arenal (sandy beach).
