30 x 40 ft living area with open vaulted ceiling. Almost 360 degree sea views. Limed oak floors. Suspended wood burning stove, large comfy sofas, hand made oak dining table seating 10. TV Sky/sports/movies. Home cinema system, DVD, internet, phone.
Games room/TV den with fridge and tea making facilities. Large leather sofa, table football, Pool, 42" TV with Sky + hd, Sky sports/movies, DVD, iPod music system, Wii games console. PS3 + games. Utility room/loo. Leads to underground car park 2 spaces.
All linen included except beach towels. All linen 400 thread count. Finest Egyptian cotton towels. Property cleaned, linen changed every Friday. (For extra cost) additional cleaning, cooking service, pack away delivered shopping before arrival.

Property is not ideal for wheelchairs, although all bedrooms/bathrooms are on the ground level. All rooms are large as is access to bathrooms so could accommodate wheel chairs. There is a good sized private courtyard off the Master bedroom which could be used if access to first floor living area was a problem. All bathrooms have very large walk in showers.
Large multi level terrace off living area with unrestricted sea views (you feel as if your are almost in the sea). Raised sun deck area, large cedar hot tub. Dining table with seating for 10, sun deck loungers, gas barbeque. Lovely private courtyard off master bedroom a real sun trap in the afternoons. Small secure shared grass garden. (no dogs allowed in the garden).

Notes on prices
Prices shown are price ranges ie From £1,495 in low season to £4,295 in high season. Prices will vary. Please enquire as to exact price and availability. We have know be be flexible on pricing so please enquire, or we may have another house to suit!
Changeover day is Friday. Arrival after 3pm. Guests asked to leave by 10am. Possibly more flexible on leaving times for short breaks.

About the area
30 meters to right of house nearest sandy beach. Lots of rocks at low tide, so wonderful for children to explore. Another beach 100 meters to left of house. Surfing beach 5 minutes by car. Lots of lovely coves to explore at low tide or by small rib which is available to hire.
Fantastic 18-hole (SSS 69) golf course within 5 minutes walk of the house, runs partially along the coast.
Special Interest Holidays
The start of the South West coastal path is a mere 100 metres from the house, fabulous walks along the coast for 630 miles. Can arrange transport of suitcases to B&Bs along the way if you are feeling very energetic.
How to get there
Nearest airport Plymouth 20 minutes away. Nearest train station St Germans 10 minutes away. Would suggest having a car, but not essential as the house is so self contained. Restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance.
Eden Project, Cotehele House, Antony House, National Marine Aquarium, Lost Gardens of Heligan are all within easy reach by car.
Nearest pub and restaurant 5 minutes walk way. Nearest village 5 minutes by car where small local shop pub and restaurant. Absolutely fantastic restaurant 10 minutes along coast by car (equivalent to Best of London). Sainsburys 15 minutes by car plus lovely wet fish monger. Sells locally caught fish, Lobsters etc (£20 for Lobster).
Technology. The house is full of workable technology. We have recently installed a dedicated 12 meg download 4 Meg upload Satellite Internet connection. So you can actually use Skype. This is in addition to the standard BT Internet connection. We have also installed an Ipad3 connected to the Internet, with Spotify Music system connected to the home cinema system, which gives you access to virtually every album produced. Wonderful for listening to all those nostalgic songs from your youth, or latest pop charts. We have a Sky connection along with Sky Sports, and Sky Movies. Sony PS3 player with Blue Ray player, Wii games system, 3 Ipod Music systems etc etc.

Absolutely, stunning holiday home. Triple aspect, incredible views over the sea and along the fabulous rugged coast line. I wouldn't think you would find such beautiful views so close to the sea in many other homes, anywhere, well not in three directions. When sitting in the living room - you easily feel you are on a boat looking out to sea. The 'hot-tub' over-looking the sea is such a treat and it really doesn't matter what the weather is doing to enjoy it, with a glass of fizz in hand - very special. Inside the home, you have everything you could possibly want and more. The kitchen is a joy to be in and has the triple aspect views, how amazing is that. Three incredible 'five star' spacious bathrooms to enjoy and we did:-) Great 'steam shower' too!! Fantastic games room, to entertain all ages not just teenagers and little ones. This home is so, so lovely that really you can't wait to get back to it and it's hard to leave, as just simply lovely to chill out and stay home and read, hot-tub, cook up a storm and enjoy the surroundings. Great music system too! Interesting art throughout the house too, to enjoy and very generous of the owners to share, as not at all necessary. The owners have created something very special and don't think twice if you are looking at booking this home - it's a dream. Nothing in this house disappoints and all the photos on the website are a true reflection and possibly don't do it enough justice. Quite easy to visit most parts of Cornwall from here. We love the Camel Trail and took our bikes with us, it's only an hour away. We were a family of 6, 3 couples, two mature adults and two x twenty year old couples. We have some very special memories of our time and we all can't wait to go back, look forward to going back many, many times. Huge thank you to the owners for such a special time.

Thank you so much for our week at Buddha Beach house. If possible it was almost more beautiful than the photos , and your exquisite taste on every level just added to the luxury. We had a wonderful time there, it was difficult to get out and about, frankly as I was more than happy lolling in the gorgeous hot tub just watching the ships go by. Bliss. I am sure I will return, and will tell everyone I know just how fabulous it is. I have rented houses in Port Isaac, Padstow and Polperro in the past, but nothing comes near your amazing holiday home ! Frances Barber.
