This is a luxury top floor 2 bedroom apartment situated in the award winning Egyptian Experience Resort in Nabq Bay. It is ideally located between the Sinai Mountains and Tiran Island, only 10 mins away from Sharm Airport. The Apartment comes fully furnished, air conditioning in every room plus satellite TV, DVD, Ipod Stereo etc. It also has everything you need if you are self catering as there is a fully fitted kitchen. A short cheap bus or taxi ride will take you to Nabq, Sharks and Naama Bay with their numerous bars and restaurants. Their is a Waterpark literally next door, ideal if your feeling adventurous. The complex has five pools to choose from, a pool bar which serves food and drink. It also has a onsite admin office with English speaking staff, here you can book trips, taxis, laundry, internet etc. There is also a small on-site shop for any essentials. The complex also has 24 hour security. On the very top floor is a beautiful roof terrace, ideal for watching the sunset.

Towels and lined are provided including beach towels. The room is fully cleaned and made for your arrival. Any extra cleaning can be booked at the admin office.

Top floor apartment so not ideal for people with mobility problems. Great views though !
The apartment is set in landscaped and terraced gardens which are always maintained. There are 5 pools to choose from, the main one is the largest with a swim up bar next to the pool bar. This serves food and drinks all day. The sun loungers, mats and umbrellas are plentiful and are provided free, just pick your spot.
There is also a barbecue area.

Notes on prices
£175 per week includes full clean on arrival and laundry of linen etc at the end of your stay. Extra laundry, cleaning is at your own expense. Water and Electric is metered so you only pay for what you use, the office will check the meters with you at arrival and departure. Average cost is £15-£30 week depending on how much usage (air-conditioning) We don't charge extra for the number of people and for holiday seasons, we have a 2 small children and think the charge in holidays are out of order.
Changeover days are flexible, we won't charge you for a late check out. We may however ask you to check out at a certain time if there is another client waiting to check in. Just remember the office closes early evening 7-8pm.
Non refundable deposit of £50 ( per week ) to secure the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Later bookings are to be paid in full. A £100 fully returnable deposit is required on arrival, this will be returned unless there is damage to the apartment. We won't charge you if you break a glass, plate etc we understand that these accidents happen.
About the area
The Sunrise Hotel next door owns the nearest beach which is 5/10 minute walk, for a small charge they will allow you to use the beach plus drinks, food etc. Sharks Bay is a 5/10 minute drive away and for about £2.50 you can get a sunbed for the day, restaurants are plentiful and snorkelling is great ! The admin office also have arrangements with some hotels to use their beach and facilities for a small charge, just ask.
There is a 18 hole golf course near Naama Bay which caters for everyone at competitive rates
How to get there
The Airport is only 10 minutes away, you can arrange your own travel or there are taxis waiting outside. We can also arrange for the complex to pick you up to make life easy, the charge last time was about £12.50 one way. Just ask and we can arrange this for you.
Nabq Bay is the nearest built up area and is only 5 mins away or a 10/15 minute walk ( depending on the heat ! ) This has numerous bars, restaurants and the usual Macdonalds, KFC, TGI's etc. Sharks bay is a 10 min drive away and is a bit more upmarket, the restaurants and bars are bit more classy. Naama Bay is busy, 20 minutes away and well worth a visit. The pyramids are only a 45 minute flight away or a 6 hour drive.
There is now a 24hr supermarket in Nabq Bay called Metro which stocks everything you need. I would recommend going on your first morning and buying all your essentials. They actually deliver for about 40p so if you forget it's no problem. There are plenty of ATM's in the main resorts. I found last time I went the exchange rate was much better in Sharm than in England, just check the rate in England before you go. There are plenty of activities at most of the beaches, snorkeling, banana rides, kite surfing, glass boats etc. You can also organise camel riding, go karts, quad biking in the desert etc. There is also plenty of shopping especially in Naama Bay, if your looking for markets, then go to Old Sharm, again ask the office if you are unsure. If you're feeling adventurous and you want to save a bit of money then try the little blue mini buses which are always passing by on the main roads, just flag one down and pay, it's about 10/20p to almost anywhere. All the local Macdonalds, KFC etc deliver for about 50p so if you really want to chill in the apartment rather than venture out, you can always phone for a take away, just like home ! We have also left a couple of masks and snorkels for you to use, I'd recommend this as the fishes and coral are excellent.
