Ta' Xmun Farmhouse makes part of the collection of Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo, which are all located in the quaint Xaghra village. It is a renovated farmhouse retaining its traditional features. It has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, a large private pool, free WiFi access, A/C in all rooms and a satellite TV in the living area.
It is just a 10min walk from restaurants, wine bars, supermarket, fuel station and old free standing Ggantija Temples.
A private parking is available.
Bedroom 1 with double bed with en-suite bathroom and cosy balcony overlooking the views. With A/C.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, en-suite and balcony overlooking views and pool below - a/c. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, en-suite - a/c.
All bedrooms are fitted with tiles and have showers, sink, toilet. Bath towels provided sparingly.
Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric toaster and cutlery.

Spacious, combined living and dining area overlooking the pool terrace through large bay windows, adorned with lace curtains which can be drawn apart to allow sunshine. Table with 6 chairs, sofas, satellite TV, free WiFi access, ceiling fans and an A/C.
The spare toilet is situated near the living and dining area.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge. Weekly maid service for bookings of over 7 nights

The private swimming pool and terrace face truly unique views. The Citadel in Victoria is the highlight of the scenery and the abundant countryside continues to complement it.
It is especially attractive when evening starts to crawl in and the Citadel and the surrounding buildings being to slowly light up.
The spacious terrace is complete with a gas BBQ, garden furniture, umbrella and comfortable sun loungers. It is very sunny throughout the majority of the day, starting from about 10am onwards.
Important notes on accommodation
Extra fold up beds can be provided. Small extra charge applies.
A free package food on arrival is offered. It consists of milk, water, tea, coffee, bread, ham, jam and sugar.
The Bellavista Farmhouses reception is located within the vicinity of Ta' Xmun and clients are very welcome should any needs regarding the stay arise.

About the area
Ramla Bay is only a 15 minute drive. Ramla Bay is on of the best beaches in Gozo. It is a long stretch of red sand (called Ramla l-Hamra in Maltese) and is very popular amongst the locals. There is also an array of snack bars at Ramla Bay.

We can do bookings for fishing trips around the island of Gozo or for a trip to Comino Island, Blue Lagoon and wine tours and also for activities such as rock climbing, abseiling or hikes.

Nearest Ferry - Gozo Channel at: 6km.
Nearest pub - in the village piazza at 1.2km away (only 10 mins by walk). Nearest restaurant - in the village piazza at 1.2km (only 10 mins by walk).
The Ggantija Temples, which date back to 3500 B.C., are only 20 mins away by walk from the farmhouse. These temples are very popular and are a must see whilst visiting Gozo. For shops, banks, restaurants, wine bars, pharmacy, petrol station...these are all located in the village square at a 10 mins walk from the farmhouse.

We had a very good stay in gozo with bellavistafarmhouses , friendly Owners and very beautiful house with wide beautiful view of gozo. The Island is like a small paradise , thank you for our beautiful holidays
