Good location

Linda and the team were great and met us on site. The house was clean and had a nice veranda and pool. The bedrooms were nice. The villa was well situated for a walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars 15 to 20 mins away. The only negative for us was that the kitchen was dated and did not have any usable storage space or worksurface, although the fridge freezer was excellent and the outdoor kitchen a real bonus.

Great Villa for adult families

Great villa for our party of 6 adults. It has 3 good size double bedrooms which we needed. A lot of villas have twin beds, but this was 3 true doubles. One has an en-suite and there are a further 2 shower rooms with toilets, again this is perfect for 3 adult couples. Lovely pool and great outside bar/bbq area. There is a table tennis table, which is a little unsteady, but great for something else to do if you are at the villa all day. Angela was very responsive to a query we had and resolved straight away. Pool guys really friendly when they come round. Had a great stay!

Nice pool and BBQ, lovely town

Nice pool, nice bedrooms, modern tv set-up which you can plug a USB straight into, which is handy. Kitchen small for the number of beds, but there's a really excellent gas barbeque outside. John the owner was very helpful, supplied a smoke alarm when I raised concerns about fire safety - probably only about the 3rd villa in Spain to have one :) You definitely want a car if you're staying at this end of town, but don't let that put you off - there's loads to see in the area. Nearest decent beach and restauants are at Montgo, San Marti just five minutes drive north is considerably nicer still.

Fabulous villa!

Just back from a fantastic 12 days at your villa and we had a wonderful time. Your villa is lovely, very clean and spacious and so well equipped! Every room had everything we could possibly need - plenty of storage in all the bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely comfortable king size beds and air-conditioning, well equipped kitchen including drinks fridge and utility room. But most impressive was the outside space, plenty of sun beds (with cushions), lots of chairs and seating areas, which can be shaded if necessary, the brilliant bbq area and outside fridge and the table tennis table, also a big hit with children and adults alike! The pool was perfect, we all had lots of fun and the diving end was appreciated very much for diving practice by our youngsters. The area around the villa is very peaceful and only a shortish walk to the beaches and restaurants. The main promenade has plenty of restaurants and is bustling without being overly busy. The beaches are beautiful, well worth taking the car to find the quieter ones too. All in all, it was by far our BEST holiday ever and we will definitely be coming back again!!

The property is to old, not up to date and to expensive for what we had paid!

The property is tired and must be updated. The entrance door cannot fully opened. During our stay the shower had to be repaired on our request, three water taps had to be descaled on our request, the draines stank. This house is not acceptable to offer for renting out. For us it was once but never again.
