This modern apartment is situate in the Sunny Beach Hills complex and offers 24-hour security, 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis court, outdoor area for sun-chairs, parking lot, reception, pool bar and restaurant. The 3rd floor apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a well designed and private complex. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. To walk to the beach and promenade where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants takes 5 minutes. There is a small supermarket situated at the complex next door and there are two larger supermarkets just a short 2 minute walk from the complex. Sunny Beach Hills is situated next to the St Vlas - Nessebar Road and local transport is available to take you into the old town of Nessebar or St Vlas or further afield into Bourgas/Varna

Good sized balcony can be assessed from the lounge and main bedroom and is furnished with hardwood table and chairs which overlook the pool area
All linen, bath and hand towels are included. Guests must provide their own pool and beach towels.
Apartment cleaned for arrival and on departure. On two or more weeks stay additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for long winter lets.
Prices are for the apartment/week. Payment is by cheque to 'G Heap'. A deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. In addition a refundable breakage deposit of £100 is also required. Cancellation charges: The deposit is non refundable. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the holiday: full payment is non refundable unless we can re-let the apartment. Please take out adequate holiday insurance.

How to get there
Bourgas airport: 20 minute transfer by taxi or bus.
Varna airport: 60 minute transfer by taxi or bus.
Car hire is available from both airports with most major car hire companies.
We can assist with airport transfers if required.
The ancient town of Nessebar is only a 10 min taxi/bus ride away, built on a small island and dating back over 2500 years.
St. Vlas is only a 5 minute taxi/bus ride away and has a quaint market square and has a newly constructed marina.
Bourgas City is situated approx 35 Km north and great for shopping.
There are a multitude of restaurants offering varying types of cuisine. Lots of bars, clubs, casinos and cafes will cater for you every need, with prices of a pint of beer at 30p not uncommon. There are numerous supermarkets offering fantastic value for both food and drink. Many ATM machines mean that you can draw out your money wherever and whenever you want.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY FAB"
My husband an I stayed for 14 days and we absolutely loved it. The apartment was fantastic air con in every room and the furnishings and equipment were great. The complex was well kept and lovely to sit around. The built in safe was great made us feel really secure. The location was great not to close to the busy part but close enough to go out every night and do some people watching. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a stay in Sunny Beach. Great for public transport to Nessebar and St Svlas right next to bus stops and they only charge about 47p. My husband and I will definately be back and take some of our friends with us as well.
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children and romantic getaway

Just returned from 14 days holiday ! had a fab time apartments excellent everything you could want away from home. Complex never busy :) could always get a sunbed no matter what time you wanted one ........they are a little hard so we used Lilos to lay on. Would recommend staying here to anyone wanting a quiet location but within walking distance to center of Sunny Beach. Looking forward to returning in the near future 10/10
