Located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, Marina Baie des Anges is a unique French holiday resort, which lives by the rhythm of the year-round calendar of events, such as the Nice carnival, the Menton lemon festival, the Cannes film festival, the Monte-Carlo tennis open and the Monaco Formula One Grand Prix.
This waters edge complex has been described as pyramids or sea waves or the sails of a ship and has to be seen to truly identify its architectural brilliance and is set in beautifully manicured gardens.
These air-conditioned apartments [two bedroom sleeping 6 persons and the Grand Studio sleeping up to 4 persons] with exceptional views over the Marina baie set in the beautiful complex of the Marina Baie Des Anges, Nice, South of France.
The two apartments are centrally situated, 20 minutes to Nice airport and is ideal for trips to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco Nice, St Tropez and even into Italy.
The two bedroom apartment apartment sleeps up to six persons, the main bedroom has a king sized bed with direct access onto the balcony. The smaller second bedroom has bunk beds, both have wooden flooring. The lounge/dining area with marble flooring has direct access onto the balcony. There is an L-shaped settee that can be made into a large king sized bed. We offer beds made up for arrival, service to include towels and beach towels. The dining area has seating for four with two additional stools provided for use at the tables. There is european satellite TV,/DVD and stereo system with docking station for i-phone, and an sony play station. High speed internet is now available in the apartment.
Full bathroom, with shower over bath and a separate wc. The kitchen is complete with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A microwave is provided if required.
The balcony for that all-important alfresco dining has a teak table with matching chairs and two loungers for relaxation.
The Grand Studio with beautiful view sleeps 4 persons [is ideal for couples or families with young children].

The communal gardens are lovingly tended to include the tennis courts and a young childrens playground. The swimming pool (entrance charge) called the Lagoon, it incorporates a newly furnished restaurant, the pool complex[entrance fee] includes, steam room, jacuzzi, childrens play area with life guards always on duty. Private swimming lessons can be arranged for a fee. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops are all within a short walking distance, the promenade at Cagnes Sur Mer (a must for families) for those who want to stroll or for the more energetic bicycles can be hired.

Once this is completed and returned either by post or e-mail along with a booking deposit of £200 per week (either a cheque or internet bank transfer) we will confirm the booking either by e-mail or by post. We will e-mail you 8 weeks before your holiday re payment of the balance and other information you will need.

About the area
The beaches at Marina Baie des Anges are approximately 5 mins walk from the apartment. These are pebble beaches with the nearest sandy beach at the end of the Marina complex (approx 10 walk) and is directly across from the train station, Villeneuve Loubet. The sandy beaches of Cannes/ Juan la Pins are reached by a short train journey along the coast from Villeneuve Loubet.
Biot Golf Course is approximately 15 mins drive whilst Royal Mougins is approimately 30 mins by car.

How to get there
Nice Cote D'Azur is the nearest airport approximately 15 mins by motor vehicle. Transfers can be arranged in a fully air-con Volkswagon Caravelle which has seating capacity for eight plus driver.
Villeneuve Loubet train station is approximately 10 mins walk from the apartment. The train line runs along the coast giving trips to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco Nice, St Tropez and even into Italy.
The large hypermarket 'Geant' is within 10 minutes walk, in this area you will find cash machines, banks, wine specialists
and a wide range of restaurants. On the beachfront promenade there are vendors for drinks and snacks as well as bicycles for hire.
