The mill is centrally located within walking distance from the village. Some of Mallorca's nicest beaches can be accessed by car (5 minute drive to the sea). Guests can enjoy the shade of the vine pergola, and cool off from the Mallorcan sun by jumping into the kidney shaped private pool. The house is ideal for families and can also cater to couples. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful 600 year old mill. Cecilia the owner was such a lovely charming lady, she made us feel so welcome. We arrived to a very well stocked fridge, fruit and vegetable basket and cupboards filled with food essentials, thank you so much for this!! The house is perfectly located and less than ten minutes walk to the town’s restaurants and bars, there are also a few great restaurants right next to the house. We spent most of our days visiting the beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Moro and Cala Santanyi all beautiful. The pool was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thank you so much for making our holiday so perfect, we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

The Mill is in a great location for great restaurants, shops and a supermarket all only a short stroll away. A very quiet location, quirky and very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The owners were very easy to contact and always on hand to answer any questions. Cecelia who lives next door (owner) is a lovely welcoming lady and greets you on arrival with a lovely smile. Essentials like milk, water, tea and coffee are at the Mill which is fabulous especially if your flight is late. A car is required to reach the beaches but they are not our thing so we hired a car to visit the surrounding areas. Good food in lots of the restaurants and a taxi rank in town. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you

Amazing!

We loved our stay at the mill in Santanyi. Rodrigo was so helpful in the lead up to the holiday, answering any questions I had. Cecelia have us such a warm welcome and stocked the kitchen with essentials which was appreciated after a tiring journey. The property is beautiful and full of character. The little pool was perfect for our little ones and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the whole stay.

Good time in Santanyi

Cecilia and Rodrigo were great hosts! The Mill was fantastic and has a very authentic feel. It's in a great location for strolls out into the old town at night and the perfect base for beach adventures during the day. We'll be back! Ben, Vanessa, Maya & Poppy.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation, location and hosts. Best holiday ever.

As a family of four with two boys under 9, the Mill was the perfect choice. The accommodation is wonderful, very charming and typically Mallorcan with everything you could possible need. Three large bedrooms allowed us plenty of space and the outdoor pool was a fabulous way to cool off in after a day on the beach. Locally there are plenty of restaurants and bars, local supermarkets and a Lidl open daily. Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards a short drive away and here you will find two of the best beaches. Cecilia is a fantastic host and any queries were answered swiftly. We are sad to leave and hope to return very soon. Thanks for a truly memorable holiday in a stunning property.

Santanyi and the south of the island is beautiful and home to a comfortable and calm tourism. The south of the island breaks all stereotypes and caters to the more nature oriented guest.

What makes this property unique

The house is perfectly located and makes it a pleasure to leave the car behind and walk or cycle to the village square (only four blocks away) where you have excellent pastries, perfect breakfasts, good bars, art galleries, famous Saturday and Wednesday markets. The beaches are very near (the nearest 7 min by car), some are surrounded by pine trees or Mediterranean flora.
