200 Year Old Stone House In The Heart Of The Old Town

This stone house is located in a private courtyard just off the famous street of Matosiceva. Each floor is 18sqm the ground floor consists of the living area and bathroom. The first floor and second floor each hold a double bedroom and sofa bed. The stone walls keep the house cool even in August but there is air-conditioning throughout should you need it. Please note there is a 3 day minimum booking for High Season.

Fantastic location

The property has everything you need and is ideally located for exploring the old town. Jadranka was very helpful, showing us the best places to eat and explaining how everything worked.

Excellent apartment in a great location

This is the second time I have been to this property and it certainly won't be the last time Situated in the centre of Split within walking distance of all attractions, bus's and ferries. You couldn't ask for a better host then Jadranka. She was at the property when we arrived and took her time showing us around as well as supplying bus timetable for our departure date. She kept in touch throughout our stay, making sure everything was okay. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We'll certainly be coming back.

First time in Croatia fell in love with it.

Our Old Stone House was a dream come true felt so much like a much loved home was perfect in every way had everything you need and more. Jadranka was the perfect host lovely perdon and so helpful just like everyone we met. Can't wait to go back Thank you for a great holiday.

Perfect property for a few days away!

Very clean property close to old Split. Well equipped and we didn’t want for anything. Jadranka met us from the airport bus which was great and so helpful. It really was a charming base to explore Split.

I moved to Croatia for a change of pace after living in London. Over the last few years we have renovated properties on the island of Hvar and in the Old Town of Split and we enjoy renting these out to guests from all over the world. Croatia is becoming an increasingly population destination and I think Hvar offers a great mix of relaxation and vibe depending on what you are looking for. Split is an amazing city to explore "the Barcelona of the Balkans" Hvar is the ideal location to relax, a memory of what the Mediterranean was like 30+ years ago. If you are not tied to school holidays then April, May, September and even October are beautiful months to visit the country, you get much more for your money and there are no crowds. Whatever you end up doing - Enjoy your Croatia !

It's right in the middle of town but offset in a courtyard so its quiet at night - which is important as parts of Split can be really loud for much of the night !

Split is a great town to people watch and within a two minute walk are all the cafes along the water front !

What makes this property unique

From the Tattoo parlour to the Tax Office - everything is within a few minutes walk! Split is a vibrant and small City so it is great to be right in the centre of it all.
