Situated just outside the beautiful town of Nerja, our 2 apartments offer everything you need for a wonderful holiday. 45 mins from Malaga airport, 3 min walk to the local beach and restaurants, or a 10 min drive to the charming Spanish town of Nerja. Our apartments can be hired individually or as a pair, ideal for groups of friends or families. Adults will enjoy the relaxed beach bars - ditch the car and spend the whole day on the local beach! Or drive into town and meander through the variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Our location is ideal as you can really have the best of both worlds. Children will have fun at the water park 15 min drive, Nerja caves 10 min or simply spend a day splashing in the sea at the local beach or pool. Our lovely sun terraces allow you to start the day slowly and are ideal for dining alfresco late into the evening. Other local beaches include Torrox Costa and Playa Burriana both with an excellent array of restaurants, bars and Spanish markets.

Comfortable lounge with sofa and arm chairs, bookcase and storage unit, ** NEW TV FREEVIEW ** (Sky package optional), DVD player and children's DVD library, CD/radio & ceiling fan. Air conditioning (coin operated). **NEW JAN 2015 - WiFi **. Bed 1: double bed, large built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, hairdryer, built in security safe, ceiling fan, storage area for suitcases. After months of viewing the Spanish coastline we discovered Nerja! After weeks of viewing Nerja, we discovered our apartments. Ideally located and with stunning views, we knew immediately that this was ideal place to have as our Spanish retreat. We wanted relaxed family holidays with a large dose of sunshine! We enjoy holidaying with family & friends, and by using the two apartments it means that we are never on top of one an other as we might be in one large villa. Christine has enjoyed relaxed short breaks with girlfriends, and John has entertained his friends whilst exploring the local golf courses. Best bits? Location. Sit at our local beach restaurant, watch the waves yards from you feet. Wait for the moon to appear. Stroll home! Bliss.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

3 minute walk to local beach "Playa El Penoncillo" which has a handful of family friendly bars/restaurants open all day till late. 3 minute drive or 20 minute to the well maintained Torrox beach with it's beautiful mile long promenade, beach bars, restaurants and evening markets. 10 minute drive to Nerja town centre beaches, and the famous Burriana Beach with it's wonderful Spanish cuisine and beachside water sports.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a simple 45 minute drive away. For airport transfers you have the option of car hire, taxi transfer or the Malaga - Nerja bus.

Bus transfer departs from Malaga city centre. Ask for for more details.

Taxi rides from our apartments to Nerja - approx 10 euros. Very efficient and reliable service through "Radiotaxi" at Torrox. Contact numbers on noticeboard.

Distances:

Nerja town centre is 10 min drive away, with easy parking and a wonderful variety of shops and restaurants. Torrox Costa promenade is only 3 mins drive / 20 minute walk away - a great place for breakfast/lunch or dinner or even just an ice cream and a stroll! Nerja Caves are about 15-20 min drive away - a must for first time visitors. The beautiful scenic town of Frigilliana is a 10 min drive away, with it's steeped cobbled streets and white washed houses.

Further Details:

A small convenience store is just a 10 minute walk away (sells all the essentials i.e. bread, milk, water etc). The nearest local supermarket is Aldi or Lidl in Torrox (3 min drive/20 min walk). A larger shopping mall, El Engenio can be reached in 15 mins by car. This is perfect for very hot afternoons and sells everything from food to furniture, and popcorn to puppies! Mango and Zara can be found here too. Nerja town centre has plenty of bank facilities and an excellent 24 hr emergency doctors clinic.

  • Booking Notes:
    A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to secure dates. Then, 8 weeks before arrival we ask for the balance to be paid in full plus a refundable deposit of £100 to cover pool key/apartment key loss/ breakages etc. This deposit will be returned once keys have been received back and no damaged / breakages have been confirmed by our cleaning team. Payment can be by cheque or online transfer (preferred).

    Changeover Day:
    We are flexible on changeover days therefore giving guests better opportunity to book cheaper flights! Mid week arrivals welcome.

    Notes on prices:
    Prices are for the properties per week in UK pounds.
    We would be happy to offer considerable discounts for long lets ie: 3 weeks plus. Please ask.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: As part of our constant upgrade of the apartments we have recently (Jan 2015) had WiFi installed in both apartments and have also reinstated the TV channels that were lost throughout much of southern Spain last year. Air conditioning was installed in 2013 throughout both properties. This will provide heat relief in the summer months and warmth in the winter months. Each unit is coin operated. We provide all bed linen and towels (not beach towels). Outside: Both apartments are surrounded by beautiful, colourful well maintained gardens. The top apartment 'A' has a built in BBQ on the sun terrace. Both units have sun loungers and patio chairs. Each terrace can be secured by lockable gates giving total peace of mind. There is a large secure communal pool, baby paddling pool and free to use sun loungers plus toilet and showering facilities. Pool open approx Easter - early September.
