One bedroom apartment with stunning views over the pool area, Los Cristianos and the sea. Fed up being disappointed with the apartment you have booked? You won't be now! This is one of the new complexes in Los Cristianos. There are 2 pools which are heated in the winter months. Sunbeds, cushions and parasols can be hired. There is a pool bar which sells food until 5p.m. and has a fantastic fish and chips night on a Thursday till 9p.m. There is a pool table and free wifi access. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well furnished and stocked well for cooking in with good cooker, oven and plenty of utensils and pots etc. It is quiet at night, but within easy walking distance of lots of bars and a variety of restaurants -Several Chinese and Indian, several Italian and Spanish, Steak restaurants, Mongolian, Mexican and plenty of bars which serve food. It is 15 minutes from airport. The apartment has the 5 British TV channels some other Sky channels and some Spanish ones as well. There are also games, books and DVDs available for the use of guests.
The bedroom has twin beds,bedside drawer cabinets,lamps and a chest of drawers. There are mirror wardrobes - plenty of hanging space, shelving and a safe. There is a security window grill so that it can be left open for fresh air and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is roomy and is fully tiled in grey marble like the floor tiles throughout apt. It has a wc, shower with shower door and sink cabinet with plenty of drawer space below. There is also a large mirror with lights above. A hairdryer is provided.
The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a 4 ring ceramic cooker with full oven and overhead extractor fan, a microwave oven and a fridge. There is also a toaster, kettle, and plenty of pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and utensils in fitted cupboards.
There is a cupboard with a washing machine, small and large ironing board, iron and cleaning equipment eg brushes, mop etc. The balcony has an airer for drying clothes. There is also a large cool bag guests can use for picnics at the beach.
The living room is very bright and airy and has a sofa, coffee table and occasional table with radio, lamp and large power fan. There is a unit with flat screen TV which shows the 5 British channels and others. DVD player also available with some DVDs
There is a spacious terrace with fantastic views over the pool, Los Cristianos and the sea. The balcony gets the sun all year round. It has a table and 4 chairs with cushions. Guests love to watch the sun going down at night.
Linen and towels are provided. There is no linen change as there is a washing machine provided, however linen changes can easily be pre arranged through owners or with the apartment manager on site for 15 euros.

The complex is gated for residents security. It has well kept garden areas. There are lifts all around the complex. There are two pools which are heated in winter months. Sunbeds. cushions and parasols are available for hire for 1 euro each. There is no lifeguard so the pool area is also gated.There is a pool bar with a pool table and wifi access. The bar staff are very friendly and helpful and the bar serves food from breakfast till 5 p.m. Thursday night is fish and chips night till 9 p.m. - highly recommended!
Important notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for couples or friends who like a reasonably quiet complex, although there are plenty of restaurants and bars with entertainment within a short walking distance. 18 - 30 guests or those who want to 'party' would not be welcome. Guests are asked to respect the residents who work or are retired . If any guests do cause a disturbance there is a security guard on every evening who would report any rowdy behaviour. It is therefore perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is on the 5th floor so it has the best views over Los Cristianos and the sea and has the best location on the complex as the balcony gets the sun summer and winter alike. People who know the complex request that side because of the views and the sun on balcony in the winter. Although the balcony has a sunny aspect it is covered so you have respite from the sun after a day at the beach or pool.

About the area
The complex is located in Los Cristianos. It is a 15 minute walk to the sea front and to the old town of Los Cristianos.
There are various golf courses within easy travelling distance. If you are interested just ask Jimmy our apartment manager.
How to get there
It is only 15 minutes by taxi to the Tenerife Sur Airport. Guests are met at the apartment by Jimmy our apartment manager who hands over the keys and ensures that guests are settled in. The bus station is only a 10 minute walk. There are buses to most parts of the island. There is also a taxi rank a short distance along the road from the complex.
Los Cristianos is the original part of the holiday resort area in the south of Tenerife. You can walk right along the front from Los Cristianos and go right into Las Americas. This takes about 15 minutes from the Los Cristianos beachfront. The promenade areas have all been renewed. There is a lovely traditional harbour area in Los Cristianos. The Sunday market is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The 'old town' with traditional restaurants etc is also a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment is in the newer up and coming area of Los Cristianos. There are various supermarkets - one next to the apartments and a large Dialprix within 5 minutes. A whole strip of new bars and restaurants have just opened 5 minutes down the road. It has plenty of restaurants including Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Mongolian as well as traditional Spanish restaurants, tapas bars and British restaurants and bars. There is plenty of entertainment including karaoke, tribute acts, quizzes etc but if you like it quiet there are also bars and restaurants with background music where you can eat or drink on the terrace and watch the world go by. If you like shopping there are traditional shops available in the old town of Los Cristianos only a 10 minute walk away. There are many designer shops in the newly built areas of El Duque and Adeje in Las Americas.
There are also lots of places of interest for both adults and children. You can book trips at a shop nearby. There are boat trips to see the dolphins and porpoises, boat trips to the island of La Gomera or bus trips to the top of the volcano Mount Teide. There are also trips available to the many animal parks including the Jungle Park and Loro Parque and to the water park Aqualandia. The new 'amazing' theme park 'Siam Park' which has the largest wave machine in the world has just opened recently. For adults there are fishing trips, diving trips, a 9 hole golf course, several 18 hole courses and a go-carting circuit all within a short drive or bus ride away. For those who like walking you can take a leisurely walk along the waterfront all the way into Las Americas and beyond or if you like there are also more specialised hill walks available. The best thing that Tenerife has to offer is the all year round weather. It is popular in summer and winter. The average temperature in the winter is 20-24 degrees and in the summer it is a hot but not unpleasant average temperature of 27-30 degrees.
