one bedroom spacious apartment with fantastic sea views (55 Sqm). Available for rental. Ideally situated in the heart of the French Riviera at Marina baie Des Anges (Villeneuve-loubet). Only 15 minutes from Nice Airport. Very refined high class interior sleeps 4 in bedroom and lounge. Fully secured garage comes with the apartment, linen provided. Shops and restaurant within walking distance. Beach at the base of the building no road in front just the sea. Perfect holiday destination. For those who want to ski and have the sun at the same time this winter book our flat it is only 1h drive from the ski resort of Gréolières les neiges. The convertible sofa bed in the lounge was replaced in February 2022. IMPORTANT : The pictures of the pool are not valid anymore as some construction is on going during 2023/24/. A New pool will be built but not open before 2025. Some noise disturbance may happen during the day. Owners also own nice villa cottage with pool 15 minutes drive away from this flat (reference FR6129).

The perfect stay!
Christopher was the perfect host! He met us at the accommodation and gave a thorough run through of all amenities etc. Everythingvwas as described on the website and there was a very welcoming pack of goodies on arrival. He also gave us plenty of information on the surround area. During our stay he was on hand to answer any questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and was definitely go back

Just back from a great holiday in a lovely apartment View amazing- apartment so clean & tidy - Christopher a lovely guy !! Hired bicycles - really enjoyed cycling the safe traffic free tracks. Supermarkets ,buses ,trains all so convenient & to top it all the weather was perfect - a week of beautiful sunshine 😃

Fantastic flat
Wonderfull accomodation with the sea at your feet. The flat was extremelly clean, decorated with taste and very well equipped . We felt like at home. The garage that comes with the apartment is extremely practical as it is very near to the lift that leads up to the flat. Shops in the marina where very handy avoiding us using the car. Breakfast in the morning facing the sea and falling asleep with the sound of the waves was a delight. I fully recommend this property. Best yet. Many thanks to Christopher for his assistance throughout our stay. We will be back:)

Fantastic accommodation and location.
Everything is superb. High quality accommodation. We stayed for 3 weeks and were even supplied with clean linen half way through our stay. Location is superb and even though we hired a car this time it really was unnecessary. We can not recommend this property highly enough. Christopher and Suzanne are excellent hosts providing a top quality, professional and friendly service. Will return next year for our third visit if it is available.
